摘要: The invention relates to a method for applying a material (30) to a fiber composite component within an application region (13) of the fiber composite component, the fiber composite component being produced from a fiber composite material having a fiber material (11) and a matrix material (12), the method comprising the following steps: —providing at least one monofilament woven fabric (20), in which a plurality of or all threads each consist of a single filament, —arranging the at least one monofilament woven fabric (20) on a fiber preform (10) in the application region (13), which fiber preform is formed from the fiber material (11) of the fiber composite material, —curing, in a common process step, the matrix material (12) of the fiber composite material, which matrix material embeds the fibers material (11) of the fiber preform (10), and a matrix material (12) embedding the monofilament woven fabric (20), thereafter the matrix material (12) of the fiber preform (10) and the matrix material (12) of the monofilament woven fabric (20) being at least partially cured, —tearing off the monofilament woven fabric (20) integrally bonded to the fiber preform (10), and—applying the material (30) in the application region (13) after the monofilament woven fabric (20) has been torn off.

摘要: The invention relates to a method for producing tubular bags made from plastic film or from composite film having a plastic layer on the bag content side, having a self-cutting plastic closure attached to the tubular bag, consisting of a spout part having a fastening flange, a cutting body, which is movably guided in the spout part, and a screw cover having means for activating the cutting body. The film material (5) is supplied from a supply roll to a bag manufacturing machine and the plastic closure is sealed onto the film material in a spout region of a tubular bag. According to the invention, the film material (5) is thinned on the inside of the bag in a ring-shaped region, which is intended for cutting by the cutting body, by means of a thermal embossing process. The plastic closure is then positioned and sealed onto the film material such that the cutting organ embedded in the spout part can become effective in the thinned, ring-shaped region upon use thereof.

摘要: The method for manufacturing a heat exchanger from a plastic material comprises feeding of at least two sheet elements, and, by means of shaping means, shaping of said sheet elements to form heat exchanger plates. The shaping means are adapted to also undertake joining the sheet elements partly along edges so that a fluid inlet and outlet are created, whereby the sheet elements are pressed together. The heat exchanger plates are stacked and joined to a heat exchanger. The stack of heat exchanger plates is welded so that the fluid inlets are fluid outlets of the respective heat exchanger plates are combined to form a common fluid inlet and a common fluid outlet, and the sides of the heat exchanger plates are welded together, so that a fully functional heat exchanger is manufactured with plastic sheets as the only raw material.

摘要: An apparatus and method for lining an underground conduit is disclosed. The apparatus 10 comprises: an annular frame 40 having a crown portion 42 and a base portion 49; a strip guide disposed around and supported by the annular frame 40, the guide arranged to guide a strip 12 around a helical path; a pair of strip pinch rollers mounted to the frame 40 at a position circumferentially about halfway between the crown portion 42 and the base portion 49; a drive assembly mounted to the frame for driving the strip 12 downwards into the helical path in a winding direction so as to present an incoming first edge to an adjacent second edge of a wound convolution of the strip; a liquid remover mounted to the frame, the liquid remover arranged to prevent liquid that has adhered to and ascended with the second edge from descending down towards the incoming first edge; and an extruder 80 mounted to the frame 40 for extruding a molten bead of plastic onto the strip 12 at a position just before said overlap.
