摘要: A brush head, particularly a toothbrush head, may have a plurality of cleaning elements, in particular bristle tufts, which are anchored by an end section in a brush carrier, wherein the cleaning elements may be cast with positive engagement in blind-hole shaped retaining recesses. For producing such a brush head different cleaning elements may be placed successively or simultaneously in different mold cavities and may be over-molded using different plastic materials from which injection-molding sections of the bristle carrier are formed in the process. In doing so, a first cleaning element is over-molded in a first mold cavity using a first plastic material, while a second cleaning element is over-molded in a second mold cavity using a second plastic material.

摘要: A plastic film sealing blade is mounted to a side sealing mechanism for cutting and sealing a plastic film moving in a given direction. The sealing blade includes a board body having opposite primary faces and an edge. Slots are defined in the board for fixing the sealing blade to the side sealing mechanism whereby the sealing blade is movable by the side sealing mechanism to a cutting position. The edge forms a V-shaped cutting notch delimited by opposite sharp edge sections, each having an edge line from which an inclined face extends to each primary face of the board to thereby guide and cut a plastic film moving in the given direction.

摘要: The object of the invention is to provide a method and device with which it is possible, in a simple and rapid way, to form a buttonhole in a fabric which requires no further marking. The object of the invention is achieved by providing a method for producing a buttonhole in a fabric, in which an opening is formed in the fabric by means of an ultrasonic welding treatment, after which the edges of this opening are fused, to form the buttonhole.

摘要: A process for bag manufacture of a bag having a first dimension from a sealed bottom of the bag to an open top of the bag, the bag being fabricated from a continuous tube of plastic film bag material. The process includes the steps of providing a continuous tube of plastic film bag material. The side edges of the bat material are folded between a front bag panel and a rear bag panel to form gussets. A sealing station having apparatus for placing two parallel and spaced apart seals and a knife for cutting the continuous tube of the plastic film bag material between the two parallel and spaced apart seals; First adjacent double seals are formed across the front bag panel and the rear bag panel, the double seals in parallel side-by-side relation with one another with the plastic film bag material there between. The continuous tube of plastic film bag material is at least twice the first dimension from the sealed bottom of the bag to the open top of the bag. This forms second adjacent double seals across the front bag panel and the rear bag panel, the second adjacent double seals in parallel side-by-side relation with one another. By cutting the continuous tube of plastic film bag material between the second adjacent double seals, a double bag unit is formed and severed having single seals at opposite ends of the double bags.

摘要: A method for bonding tubes into an article, each of which is formed from a thermoplastic polymer, especially an aliphatic polyamide. The article has a plurality of channels into which tubes are placed in sliding engagement. The article is moved towards a heating block having pins, such that a pin is inserted into each tube. The article and heating block are brought into a juxtaposed position such that the polymer of the tubes melts and forms a coating on said article. The method is particularly useful in the formation of tubed heat exchangers, for example with 100-300 or more tubes, in one cycle.
