摘要: Described is a composite made from a woven fabric, a non-woven fabric, or a knitted face fabric and a non-woven fabric. The woven fabric, the non-woven fabric, or the knitted face fabric is needle punched such that fibers protrude into the non-woven fabric. The woven fabric, the non-woven fabric, or the knitted face fabric has a first polymer having a first melting point and a second polymer having a second melting point being higher than the first melting point. The nonwoven backing material comprises a third polymer having a third melting point and a fourth polymer having a fourth melting point being higher than the third melting point. The woven fabric, the non-woven fabric, or the knitted face fabric is further bonded to the nonwoven backing material applying heat to at least partially melt or soften the first polymer and the third polymer such that they bond together.

摘要: A 3D shaped packaging product (20) for cushioning and/or thermal insulation of packaged goods is formed by hot pressing at an average pressure equal to or below 200 kPa of an air-laid blank (10) comprising natural fibers at a concentration of at least 70% by weight of the air-laid blank (10) and a thermoplastic polymer binder at a concentration selected within an interval of from 4 up to 30% by weight of the air-laid blank (10). The 3D shaped packaging product (20) has a density that is less than four times a density of the air-laid blank (10) and the density of the 3D shaped packaging product (20) is selected within an interval of from 15 to 240 kg/m3. The 3D shaped packaging product (20) maintains at least a significant portion of the porosity of the air-laid blank (10) even after hot pressing and therefore provides excellent shock absorbing and damping properties and thermal insulation.

摘要: A binder composition for use in the manufacture of a nonwoven mat including a low-density fiber, and nonwoven mats made with the binder, are disclosed. The low-density fiber is able to reduce the acoustic openness of the nonwoven mats made therefrom while also capable of being delivered with existing binder technology and equipment.

摘要: The present invention provides a thermal insulation flocculus material, including a first outer layer and a base layer, the first outer layer being placed on a first surface of the base layer, wherein the first outer layer comprises a multi-layered single web, and the multi-layered single web comprises 15-30% of a synthetic fiber material with 0.2-2 Denier fineness; a water repellent treatment is previously performed on the synthetic fiber material with 0.2-2 Denier fineness; and the water repellent treatment is not performed on the rest of the components, the rest of the components comprising 45-75% of a synthetic fiber material with 0.2-4 Denier fineness and 10-25% of a low melting point fiber material with 1.5-5 Denier fineness; and the base layer is substantially composed of a fiber raw material on which the water repellent treatment is not performed. The thermal insulation flocculus material provided by the present invention possesses good water repellency, and has minimal effect on the overall thickness and compression resilience of the flocculus material. The method allows for effective control of material costs, and averts an increase in difficulty in the operational process.

摘要: An interior trim part made by a method that includes the steps of bringing a fiber web onto a conveyor, needlepunching the fiber web to form a base in contact with the conveyor, and introducing a binder component on the base. The binder component introduced on the base is a thermoplastic polymer in solid form. The method includes a step for heating the base to cause the thermoplastic polymer making up the binder component to penetrate the base over a thickness smaller than the thickness of the base.

摘要: A nonwoven fabric facilitating permeation of loose passage. A nonwoven fabric is formed of short fibers of thermoplastic synthetic resin fused together. The nonwoven fabric is formed on a top side thereof with ridges and troughs undulating in a width direction and extending in parallel to one another in a length direction. When the nonwoven fabric is placed on a horizontal plane with the back side put in contact with the horizontal plate, highly void regions are formed between the back side and the horizontal plane. In the vicinity of apices of the respective ridges, the short fibers slope down so as to extend in a thickness direction of the nonwoven fabric.

摘要: A nonwoven is described comprising thermoplastic fibers with a fusion temperature Tm(th), bonding fibers 1 with a fusion temperature Tm(1), and bonding fibers 2 with a fusion temperature Tm(2), whereby for Tm(th), Tm(1), and Tm(2) the condition Tm(th)>Tm(1)>Tm(2) applies, and whereby the nonwoven contains the bonding fibers in the form of a solidified melt. Furthermore, a tufted nonwoven of the aforementioned type is described that contains tuft fibers. Finally, articles are described that contain the nonwoven or the tufted nonwoven.

摘要: Nonwoven textile fabrics in accordance with the present invention are formed primarily of individualized bast fibers substantially free of pectin. The nonwoven fabric can include staple fibers to a lesser extent than the individualized bast fibers. Individualized bast fibers include fibers derived from the flax and hemp plants. The nonwoven textile fabric is formed into a web while in a dry state and subsequently bonded to produce a nonwoven fabric.
