摘要: The present invention relates to a welding machine for continuous welding of two layers of plastic film material together in a welding pattern, including a welding drum, welding means arranged on the peripheral surface of the welding drum that exhibits a welding pattern, a heating arrangement arranged to heat the welding means to a welding temperature, an endless welding band, a set of band guidance rollers comprising a first application roller and a second application roller arranged to apply the welding band to the welding means on the surface of the welding drum over a peripheral extend of at least 900° of the welding drum with a force radial to the welding drum in a first operational mode of the welding machine, the set of band guidance rollers comprising at least one displaceable tensioning roller for maintaining a tension of the welding band, a web guidance arrangement for guiding the two layers of plastic film material in between the welding drum and the welding band, and a control means for controlling the operation of the welding machine, wherein the machine comprises one or more separation rollers, and is arranged in a second operational mode of the welding machine to displace the one or more separation rollers from a first position thereof and in between the welding means on the peripheral surface of the welding drum and the two layers of plastic film material to a second position of the one or more separation rollers where the two layers of plastic film material and the welding band are separated from the periphery of the welding drum by means of the separation rollers. Furthermore is disclosed the use of such welding machine for forming pockets between the two layers of plastic film material, in particular closed pockets for air cushions.

摘要: A heat sealing machine and method form blister packages. A backing material web extends between a nesting tray assembly and a seal and cut tooling assembly and a blister tray is resident within a blister nest of the nesting tray assembly. The backing material web is clamped between a clamping gasket support shoulder of the nesting tray assembly and a clamping shoulder of the seal and cut tooling assembly, and between a sealing gasket support shoulder of the nesting tray assembly and a heat seal shoulder of a heater assembly. A knife of the seal and cut tooling assembly extends between the clamping gasket support shoulder and the sealing gasket support shoulder to cut a backing sheet from the backing material web that is heat sealed to an attachment surface of the blister tray to form the blister package.

摘要: Provided is a method for producing a fiber-reinforced plastic having high mechanical properties and high productivity during molding of a complicated shape. A method for producing a fiber-reinforced plastic using a sheet substrate A is provided, the sheet substrate A being a substrate including one or more sheets of incised prepreg a, the incised prepreg a being a prepreg including unidirectionally oriented reinforcing fibers and a resin and having a plurality of incisions dividing the reinforcing fibers formed in the prepreg, wherein the method for producing a fiber-reinforced plastic includes a placement step (A) of placing a plurality of sheet substrates A in a mold such that each of the sheet substrates A forms an overlapping portion in which the sheet substrate A overlaps one or more other sheet substrates A and a non-overlapping portion in which the sheet substrate A does not overlap any other sheet substrates A, and a molding step of heating and pressing the plurality of sheet substrates A, and the total area of the overlapping portion and the non-overlapping portion is 50 to 100% relative to the area of a mold surface.
