摘要: A method monitors a device for applying an at least two-component viscous material to workpieces, including a metering unit having a number of metering valves corresponding with the number of viscous material components, and a static mixer detachably secured to the metering unit for component blending. The static mixer has a material inlet facing the metering unit and a material outlet facing away from the metering unit. Each metering valve has a supply channel sealingly connectable to a valve seat for supplying the respective component to the static mixer. A number of material applications are carried out consecutively, each having an identical predetermined time between start and end of the application. During the applications, between the start and the end, at predetermined times, the pressure in at least one supply channel is measured by a pressure sensor and preferably measured in all supply channels by a respective pressure sensor.

摘要: A transportable blending system includes a container enclosure including a base, a roof, opposing first and second ends, and opposing first and second sidewalls, a pump fluidly coupled to an inlet manifold penetrating the container enclosure, wherein a base fluid is conveyed to the pump via the inlet manifold, and a mixing unit in fluid communication with the pump to receive the base fluid. A hopper is fluidly coupled to the mixing unit and has an inlet aligned with an opening defined in the roof, wherein an additive is delivered to the hopper via the opening to be conveyed to the mixing unit and blended with the base fluid to generate a working fluid.

摘要: An exemplary compounding system and device for mixing materials can include a housing, a first material source and a second material source. A first fluid line can be operationally connected to the housing and configured to transport a first volume of fluid per unit time from the first material source to a final container. A second fluid line can be operationally connected to the housing and configured to transport a second volume of fluid per unit time from the second material source to the final container. The device can also include a pump system including, a first pump having a first rotor and a first platen which secures the first fluid line between the first rotor and the first platen, the first pump being configured to move the first volume of fluid through the first fluid line, and a second pump having a second rotor and a second platen which secures the second fluid line between the second rotor and the second platen, the second pump being configured to move the second volume of fluid through the second fluid line. A first platen lock can be provided and can be rotated in a first direction to lock the first platen in a closed position relative to the first rotor, and wherein rotation of the first rotor draws the first material source through the first fluid line. The pump system can also be configured such that the volume of fluid per unit time delivered by the first and second pumps is different, and/or where the first and second pumps have different head characteristics.

摘要: A chemical delivery system with dilution control includes a chemical delivery manifold with eductors each fluidly coupled to a valve configured to operate independently to selectively control flow of a motive fluid through a respective eductor. Metering devices are coupled to concentrated chemical lines and configured to control a rate of dispensing of the concentrated chemical passing therethrough to each of the eductors. Concentrated chemical flow rate sensors are coupled to each of these individual concentrated chemical lines and configured to measure a flow rate of the concentrated chemicals therethrough. A control unit receives a measured flow rate from each flow rate sensor and causes a respective metering device to adjust the rate of dispensing for one or more concentrated chemicals to control the flow rates of the concentrated chemicals and thereby individually control a dilution of each concentrated chemical in the motive fluid.

摘要: Provided is an ultra-dispersion mixer, for stirring a mixed material for producing a high-quality slurry for an electrode of a secondary battery within a short time by disposing a low-speed blade and a high-speed blade for stirring a mixed material in a chamber so as to easily and effectively disperse elements of the slurry of a secondary battery, supplied to a mixer during a procedure of preparing the slurry of a secondary battery produced by performing mixing procedures multiple times, and disposing blade parts having a plurality of stirring characteristics so as to realize various stirring characteristics in the mixed material on the high-speed blade to increase the dispersion of the mixed material while the mixed material circulates in a high-shear disperser of the chamber and to simultaneously increase the temperature of a supplied solution at the beginning of stirring of the mixed material in the chamber.

The junction structure can be configured to mix fluid received from both the first inlet port and second inlet port and to deliver the fluid to the outlet port. The junction structure can also include attachment structure located on the junction body and configured to attach the junction structure to the housing of the compounding device at a location downstream of a pump system.

The system includes a fuel pump, a jet ejector, a first flow path between the fuel pump and the jet ejector, a valve along the first flow path, the valve blocking the fuel flow from the fuel pump to the jet ejector when closed, a second flow path from the ullage of the fuel tank to the jet ejector to allow fuel vapor from the ullage to travel from the ullage to the jet ejector, a vaporizer downstream of the jet ejector and configured to vaporize the fuel received from the jet ejector into the fuel vapor, and a third flow path along which the fuel vapor flows from the vaporizer to the ullage so that an fuel-air ratio in the ullage of the fuel tank is maintained at greater than a flammable fuel-air ratio.

摘要: A chemical injection unit consisting of one or more injection loops that uses a Venturi injector and motorized valve with a control system to isolate chemicals from water until operating conditions are suitable to carry the chemical and water mixture down the main flow pipe. The invention adjusts chemical injection rate to maintain desirable operational properties, including chemical injection rate, chemical concentration, or fluid viscosity. Accurate and real-time injection of chemicals is beneficial for safety as well as economics of the drilling operation in terms of reduced drilling time, efficient use of chemicals, and minimal variation in processing conditions.
