    Abstract: Provided is an assembly for dispensing coating material, the assembly comprising a dispensing assembly including a body having a base with an opening extending therethrough and first and second walls projecting from the base, and a reel assembly rotatable relative to the body, and a material storage assembly configured to be coupled to the dispensing assembly, the material storage assembly including a receptacle for storing coating material and a nozzle assembly coupled to the receptacle, the nozzle assembly being configured to extend through the opening in the body and be coupled thereto, wherein rotation of the reel assembly causes coating material in the receptacle to be delivered through the nozzle assembly.

    Abstract: A dispensing system includes a piezoelectric stack having a distal end and being configured to expand upon application of a voltage such that the distal end is moved by a first length. The system further includes an amplifier with a primary surface to contact the distal end of the stack and a secondary surface, a base configured to contact the secondary surface, and a valve assembly with an outlet orifice and valve element. The valve element is configured to move in first and second directions and is coupled with the amplifier. When the distal end is moved by a first length, a portion of the amplifier is moved by a second length that is greater than the first length, and the valve element is moved in a first direction by the second length.

    Abstract: A method for applying a coating to at least one electronic component. The method includes providing a coating carrier having a main base, a coating base having a recess, and a moveable reservoir having a further recess. The method further includes filling a coating material into the recess of the reservoir; sliding the reservoir along a longitudinal axis of the coating carrier such that the recess of the coating base is filled with coating material; providing an electronic component and dipping at least parts of the electronic component into the coating material provided in the recess of the coating base to form a coating of the electronic component.     Abstract: The present injection apparatus is designed for replenishing embedded foundation preservation wraps with preservative whilst avoiding spillage. The injection apparatus comprises an injection bayonet having a lumen fluidly interfacing a plurality of preservative outlet nozzles along the injection bayonet and a preservative inlet fluidly interfacing the lumen. A portable preservative containing tank may be attached to the inlet via a flexible hose. The apparatus further comprises a syringe operating between the preservative inlet and the lumen. When replenishing the preservation wrap, the injection bayonet is inserted between the preservation wrap and the foundation so that preservative is configured to be supplied via the preservative inlet to flow out from the nozzles via the lumen to replenish the preservation wrap with the preservative. After replenishment, the lumen is purged of residual preservative using the syringe.
