摘要: A discharge device capable of suppressing pressure fluctuation of a compressed gas supplied to a container in which a liquid material is stored. The device includes a storage container in which a liquid material is stored; a discharge port through which the liquid material is discharged; a pressure control valve that adjusts a pressure of a compressed gas supplied from an external compressed gas source to a desired level; a discharge valve that establishes or cuts off communication between the pressure control valve and the storage container; a control device that controls operation of the discharge valve; a first flow line connecting the pressure control valve and the discharge valve; and a second flow line connecting the discharge valve and the storage container. The device further includes a third flow line branched from the first flow line, and a leak mechanism connected to the third flow line.

摘要: Methods, systems, and compositions for the liquid-phase deposition (LPD) of thin films. The thin films can be coated onto the surface of porous components of electrochemical devices, such as battery electrodes. Embodiments of the present disclosure achieve a faster, safer, and more cost-effective means for forming uniform, conformal layers on non-planar microstructures than known methods. In one aspect, the methods and systems involve exposing the component to be coated to different liquid reagents in sequential processing steps, with optional intervening rinsing and drying steps. Processing may occur in a single reaction chamber or multiple reaction chambers.

摘要: This disclosure relates to non-ferrous metallurgy and electrolytic production of Aluminium for lining a cathode assembly of an electrolytic cell. The present method includes laying materials while simultaneously distributing same over the surface of a base and levelling them at a height measured from the plane of the top edge of the shell of the cathode assembly of the electrolytic cell by gradually moving a device for installing unformed lining materials along a longitudinal axis of the cathode of the Aluminium electrolytic cell. Said device is configured in the form of a bridge equipped with a mechanical drive for movement. The bridge has guides on which a frame is mounted for vertical movement, said frame having cassettes provided with gates with a mechanical drive. The technical result is reduced labor costs, healthier working conditions for operatives, and better quality installation of the base of an electrolytic cell.

摘要: Systems and methods that enable printing of conformal materials and other waterproof coating materials at high resolution. An initial printing of a material on edges of a component is performed at high resolution in a first printing step, and a subsequent printing of the material on remaining surfaces of the component is applied in a second printing step, with or without curing of the material printed on the edges between the two printing steps. The printing of the material may be performed by a laser-assisted deposition or using another dispensing system to achieve a high resolution printing of the material and a high printing speed.

摘要: A dispenser for dispensing a liquid onto a substrate is disclosed. The dispenser includes a liquid supply and a dispenser module. The dispenser module includes a nozzle body having an inlet, an outlet, and a chamber for receiving the liquid. The dispenser module also includes a central valve body attached to the nozzle body that defines a piston chamber and a valve member having a piston portion disposed within the piston chamber of the central valve body and a needle portion extending form the piston portion into the chamber of the nozzle body. The dispenser further includes a heater block for heating the nozzle body. The heater block defines a liquid passage for transporting liquid from the liquid supply to the dispenser, a first surface of the heater block directly contacts the nozzle body, and the entirety of the central valve body is spaced from the heater block.
