摘要: The present disclosure relates to the technical field of adhesion property improvement, particularly to a process and device for improvement treatment of a polyester cord and a rubber adhesive. By filling an extremely few amount of calcined gypsum powders into chloroprene rubber to be secondarily stirred and extruded while adding fatty acid calcium and an anti-aging agent and uniformly mixing a stirring and mixing component using a specific solvent, the adhesion behavior between the rubber adhesive and the polyester cord is increased, and the bonding strength between the rubber adhesive and the polyester cord is improved; furthermore, through mutual connection and installation of the extrusion modification component, stirring and mixing component and the compounding modification component, continuous operation of modification treatment of the polyester cord and the rubber adhesive, the structure is simple, and use is convenient.

摘要: A method of making a homogeneous mixture of polyolefin solids and liquid additive without melting the polyolefin solids during the making. The method comprises applying acoustic energy at a frequency of from 20 to 100 hertz to a heterogeneous mixture comprising the polyolefin solids and the liquid additive for a period of time sufficient to substantially intermix the polyolefin solids and the liquid additive together and while maintaining temperature of the heterogeneous mixture above the freezing point of the at least one liquid additive and below the melting temperature of the polyolefin solids, thereby making the homogeneous mixture without melting the polyolefin solids.

The coating comprises a solid extruded base layer comprising a first thermoplastic material extruded onto the outer surface, the base layer having a base-layer inner surface in intimate contact with the outer surface and a base-layer outer interface. The coating further comprises a solid extruded outer layer comprising a second thermoplastic material comprising polymethyl methacrylate extruded onto the first thermoplastic material, the solid extruded outer layer having an outer-layer interface in intimate contact with the base-layer outer interface and an outer-layer outer surface, wherein the intimate contact between the base-layer outer interface and the outer-layer interface forms a solid interface between the base layer and the outer layer. The solid extruded outer layer has a hardness of at least 1H pencil hardness.

摘要: Disclosed are cable types, including a type THHN cable, the cable types having a reduced surface coefficient of friction, and the method of manufacture thereof, in which the central conductor core and insulating layer are surrounded by a material containing nylon or thermosetting resin. A silicone based pulling lubricant for said cable, or alternatively, erucamide or stearyl erucamide for small cable gauge wire, is incorporated, by alternate methods, with the resin material from which the outer sheath is extruded, and is effective to reduce the required pulling force between the formed cable and a conduit during installation.

摘要: One example provides a process unit including a conveying device to convey a hybrid yarn comprising a plurality of fibers and a matrix through a channel bounded by a base body, and a cutting unit having a component configured as a sleeve mounted about the base body, the sleeve rotatable about the base body and including a circular recess at an axial end region which is eccentrically aligned with an axis of rotation of the sleeve, and a cutting element on a slide slidably mounted to the base body and disposed within the circular recess, wherein the slide rests on a support surface of the sleeve bounding the circular recess so that, due to the circular recess being eccentrically aligned with the axis of rotation, a rotational movement of the sleeve causes translational movement of the slide and the cutting element across the channel to cut the hybrid yarn.

摘要: The present invention discloses a PET-coated wire for a hanger wherein the wire is coated with PET to form a PET coating having a thickness of 0.03 to 0.05 mm, and a hanger made of the wire. The PET coating apparatus for a wire used for a hanger of the present invention comprises a preheating device 20 for preheating the cleaned wire 10 to 220 to 250° C., an extruder 30 and a dice 40 for coating the preheated wire 10 with PET to form a PET coating having a thickness of 0.03 to 0.05 mm, a cooling bath 50 for cooling the PET-coated wire 100, and a winding device 60 for drawing out and winding the cooled wire. The cooling bath 50 of the present invention is designed such that the wire passes through the cooling bath 50 having a length of 5 m three times for sufficient cooling when the wire proceeds at a high speed of 220 to 300 m/min.

摘要: A method of forming a hose includes: extruding a web of plastics material from a first extruder; helically winding the extruded web about a mandrel or at least one rotating rod to form a wall of the hose; feeding an electrical wire into a second extruder; extruding a bead of plastics material around the electrical wire from the second extruder such that the extruded bead includes the electrical wire at a location within a cross-section of the extruded bead; cooling the extruded bead to cool the plastics material adjacent the location to prevent migration of the electrical wire away from the location; re-heating the extruded bead to cause outer surface portions of the plastics material of the extruded bead to become molten; and helically winding the extruded bead onto and about an external surface of the wall to provide the wall a support helix that incorporates the electrical wire.
