摘要: Disclosed herein is a method for efficiently producing formaldehyde-free veneer manufactured boards, comprising steps of: using wood or non-wood veneer as a raw material; controlling the moisture content of the veneer to within an appropriate range; first applying an accelerant and then applying an isocyanate adhesive; then assembling the veneer into a slab according to a certain rule; carrying out microwave preheating on the slab; and feeding the slab into a hot pressing mechanism to obtain aldehyde-free veneer manufactured boards. In the present method, the process for producing aldehyde-free veneer manufactured boards is simple and easy to implement, hot-pressing production efficiency is high, and the mechanical properties of the boards are excellent.

摘要: A method of applying a paint film to a substrate may include wetting a surface of the substrate or an adhesive layer of a paint film to form a fluid layer thereon. The paint film may further comprise a polymer film layer. The method may further include applying the paint film to the substrate such that the fluid layer is positioned between the adhesive layer and the surface. The applied paint film may be heated with infrared heat to facilitate the removal of the fluid layer and adhere the adhesive layer to the surface. Systems and devices for applying a paint film to a substrate are also disclosed.

Methods of making the core-sheath filament and methods of using the core-sheath filament to print a hot-melt processable adhesive onto a primer-treated substrate surface to provide a structural bond are described.

摘要: Provided is a method for peeling a PSA sheet adhered on a polarizing plate. The PSA sheet has a PSA layer. The PSA layer includes a layer A forming at least one surface of the PSA layer. Of the polarizing plate, the surface to which the PSA sheet is adhered is corona-treated or plasma-treated. The peeling method includes a water-peel step in which the PSA sheet is peeled from the polarizing plate, in a state where an aqueous liquid exits at the interface between the polarizing plate and the PSA sheet at the front line of peeling the PSA sheet from the polarizing plate, with the aqueous liquid allowed to further enter the interface following the movement of the peel front line.

摘要: A fiber cord for reinforcement has an adhesive treatment agent attached to a surface thereof and includes, in an inner layer part thereof, two kinds of compounds each having a molecular weight of less than 1,000. The main compound is an aromatic compound or contains an α-dicarboxylic acid component, and the other compound is an aliphatic compound or an alicyclic compound. It is preferable that the adhesive treatment agent is a resorcin-formalin-latex-based adhesive, that the fiber cord includes a twisted synthetic fiber, that the aromatic compound is a heterocyclic compound, that the main compound is located only in the inner layer part of the fiber cord, that a compound having a hexamethylene diisocyanate trimer structure is present, and that no latex is present in the inner layer part of the fiber cord. This fiber cord is produced through a two-stage treatment with a pre-treatment liquid and adhesive treatment liquid.

摘要: A moisture curable composition, and a method of application and a substrate including the same are disclosed herein. In some embodiments, a curable composition includes a component (A) comprising an organic polymer containing reactive silicon groups represented by the general formula (1), a component (B) comprising an organic polymer having a viscosity lower than 10,000 cP at 23° C. containing reactive silicon groups represented by the general formula (2), and a component (C) comprising a polyolefin polymer. The moisture curable composition has universal adhesiveness to an adhesion-resistant substrate, such as PVC, EPDM, and TPO. The substrates can be smooth-back or fleece-back substrates.
