摘要: A method for 3D printing a part with an additive manufacturing system includes printing a first portion of a part in a layerwise manner and analyzing a topology of the first portion of the part. The method includes determining a tool path for printing a second portion of the part on a surface of the first portion of the part, and pre-heating the first portion of the part along the tool path as a function of the topological analysis of the first portion of the part. The method includes printing the second portion of the part along the tool path.

摘要: A system is disclosed for additively manufacturing a composite structure. The system may include a support, a discharge head connected to and moveable by the support, a supply of reinforcement, and a rotary tensioner located between the supply and the discharge head. The rotary tensioner may be configured to impart tension to the reinforcement and to generate a signal indicative of the tension. The system may further include a drive associated with the supply, and a controller in communication with the rotary tensioner and the drive. The controller may be configured to selectively adjust a feed parameter of the drive based on the signal to maintain a desired level of tension.

摘要: A print head for additively manufacturing fiber-reinforced composite materials includes a feed channel, a heating block, a nozzle and a cutting unit. A filament of the fiber-reinforced material enters an inlet of the nozzle through the feed channel, leaves the nozzle via an outlet of the nozzle, and is deposited on a print bed. The cutting unit is located inside the heating block which has a beneficial effect on the cut and/or the shearing of the material to be printed. The invention also relates to a method in which the filament is cut and/or sheared, wherein the cutting unit performs a linear movement or rotation, or the print head per se performs a linear movement or rotation, as a result of which the filament is cut and/or sheared off.

摘要: The present invention relates to 3D printer inputs including filaments comprising separated layers or sections. These inputs particularly including filaments may be prepared by coextrusion, microlayer coextrusion or multicomponent/fractal coextrusion. These inputs and specifically filaments enable layering or combining different materials simultaneously through one or more nozzles during the so-called 3D printing process. These techniques facilitate smaller layer sizes (milli, micro, and nano) different layer configurations as well as the potential to incorporate materials that would otherwise not be usable in standard 3D printer methods.

摘要: A configurable printing bed for a 3D printer includes a bed surface and linear actuators. The bed surface includes bed surface portions. Each of the bed surface portions is supported for independent movement. At least one of the bed surface portions includes a head that is twistable. When each of the bed surface portions is positioned at a reference level, the bed surface portions form different parts of a common plane. Each of the linear actuators is connected to at least one of the bed surface portions, respectively. The linear actuators are configured to generate the independent movement of the bed surface portions and to effect positioning of the bed surface portions. The linear actuators are configured to lower the bed surface portions in a staggered manner so that a release wave is generated and used to remove a 3D printed object from the printing bed.

摘要: A microwave printing device comprising an inlet for a filament 1 of an electrically conductive material, an outlet for the filament and a microwave heating device 4 for heating the filament 1 by means of microwave radiation. The microwave heating device 4 comprises at least one coaxial resonator. The coaxial resonator is formed by an outer conductor, which forms a cavity 11, and a coaxial inner conductor. The coaxial resonator also comprises a microwave radiation input for coupling in microwave radiation. The filament 1 preferably forms the inner conductor or part of the inner conductor of the resonator. A system for the additive manufacture of moulds, comprising the microwave printing device, and a process for the additive manufacture of moulds with the aid of the microwave printing device.

摘要: In a method for manufacturing a three dimensional object by extrusion based modelling, tracks of modelling material are deposited in slices by a printhead connected to a three dimensional positioning system. In each slice a plurality of first tracks of three-dimensional modelling material is deposited by the printhead under a first pressure, wherein the first tracks are spaced apart so as to leave a gap between them. A second track of three-dimensional modelling material is deposited by the printhead in each of the gaps between the deposited first tracks under a second pressure, which is higher than the first pressure, such that the gaps are filled entirely. A monolithic body is formed by depositing the modelling material slice by slice. In at least a body portion of the monolithic body a pattern of first tracks and second tracks is deposited, in which the number of tracks that is deposited is increased within at least a section of the slices by depositing at least one additional first track and at least one additional second track.

摘要: The present disclosure provides various aspects for mobile and automated processing utilizing additive manufacturing. The present disclosure includes methods processing vision system data. Vision system image data may be processed by artificial intelligence algorithms. The artificial intelligence algorithms may perform GAN based synthesis of image edits to plan deposits of sized features upon detected defects of a surface. An artificial intelligence chip may perform rapid image processing on the fly as a mobile additive manufacturing apparatus functions.
