    摘要: An absorbent body in which a larger amount of a granular absorbent substance penetrates into the inside of a fiber sheet is produced. A fiber sheet having napped one main surface is supplied to a conveying device and conveyed while the other main surface of the fiber sheet is being sucked through a conveyance surface. A granular absorbent substance is sprayed onto the napped one main surface of the fiber sheet to cause the substance to penetrate into the inside of the fiber sheet in a suction section. A pressure difference increasing device is provided that faces the one main surface of the fiber sheet sprayed with the absorbent substance and being conveyed in the suction section, and that suppresses air from flowing through the fiber sheet inward from the conveyance surface to increase the pressure difference between the conveyance surface side and the opposite side of the fiber sheet.

    摘要: A transfer and coating apparatus transfers a component from a conveyor to a coating station for application of a coating. The transfer apparatus includes a mast that can move about orthogonal axes in a horizontal plane and a mast having a carriage that can move vertically. The carriage includes a hook that swings about a horizontal axis relative to the mast for movement of the component in the horizontal direction. A sway bar extends between the hook and component to inhibit movement about a horizontal axis. The component is delivered to an upper compartment of a coating apparatus where it can be lowered in to a lower compartment containing coating material. Excess coating material is removed by an array of nozzles in the upper compartment as the component is raised from the coating material.

    摘要: An automatic paint spraying device for automobile painting comprises a positioning operation base, semi-annular spraying sleeve, contact-stop side blocking mechanism, wheel-back shielding assembly and airflow fog-guiding mechanism. The semi-annular spraying sleeve is rotatably provided on the sidewall of the positioning operation base; the contact-stop side blocking mechanism is slidably clamped on the inner wall of the semi-annular spraying sleeve in an arc shape; the wheel-back shielding assembly is provided on the edge of the end side wall of the semi-annular spraying sleeve; and the airflow fog-guiding mechanism is fixedly penetrating through the sidewall of the semi-annular spraying sleeve. The invention combines physical blocking, negative pressure drainage and electrode effect, which improves wrapping efficiency through the semi-annular wrapping method, allows smooth entry of brake caliper through the bidirectional resistance rotation structure, and achieves automatic stop through rotation effect, significantly improving painting efficiency and reducing painting mist diffusion.
