摘要: A system and method are provided for airless aqueous iodine production. The system includes a water feed line to iodine columns, an iodine concentrate supply line from the iodine columns with a sensor for measuring iodine concentration, a finished aqueous iodine supply line with an inline mixer for mixing the iodine concentrate with water from a water bypass line to produce a finished aqueous iodine. A programmable logic controller is connected to water feed line valve, iodine concentrate supply line valve and the sensor for controlling iodine concentration. The method includes flowing water through iodine columns to produce an iodine concentrate, filtering the iodine concentrate, measuring iodine concentration using a sensor, adjusting iodine concentration with water from a water bypass line, passing the aqueous iodine through a manifold that includes a vacuum system to an airless iodine product reservoir to produce airless aqueous iodine.

摘要: The present application discloses a system and method for supplying acetylene, the system having at least one acetylene storage apparatus, a detection module, a gas dilution module and a gas supply regulating module. By mixing a feedstock stream outputted from the acetylene storage apparatus with a diluting gas in a specific ratio, a photoionization detector is successfully used to detect a solvent content in the feedstock stream. This real-time and continuous detection method ensures a stable supply of acetylene to a downstream process.

摘要: A system and method of bottling a fiber-fortified liquid mixture. The method includes introducing liquid and a fiber fortified formulation into a control system utilizing a specialized process to mix the liquid with the fiber fortified formulation. In one exemplary embodiment, the fiber-fortified formulation generally comprises a plant-based nutrient (“fiber”) and vitamins, which are mixable in a liquid to form the fiber-fortified liquid mixture. The system may include a plurality of reservoirs, sensors, control valves, at least one logic controller that is electronically connected to the sensors and control valves, a pasteurizer, and a bottling machine that bottles the fiber fortified formulation into specialized biodegradable bottles.

摘要: A gas recycle system includes a gas purifier system; a gas analysis system; a gas blending system that prepares a recycled gas mixture; and a control system configured to: determine whether a measured amount of at least one intended gas component is within a first range of acceptable values; and determine whether a measured amount of the at least one impurity gas component is within a second range of acceptable values. If the measured amount of the at least one intended gas component is not within the first range of acceptable values, the control system causes the gas blending system to add an additional gas component to the purified gas mixture to prepare the recycled gas mixture; and if the measured amount of the at least one impurity gas is not within the second range of acceptable values, the control system generates an error signal.

摘要: A method and apparatus for diffusing or reducing gas into a liquid is described. This invention covers several different methods for infusing or reducing gas into a liquid with a feedback loop that monitors specific parameters of the process and can vary controls to achieve a targeted value or keep within a range of values. The parameter of interest is the ORP (Oxidative Reduction Potential) and one way to determine that value is using an ORP sensor to directly measure it at various points in the process such as on the untreated incoming process fluid, right after infusing the reducing gas, or later in the process such as where the fluid is discharged back into the original tank in the case of a recirculating system or when it is discharged to the next phase of the treatment train.
