摘要: The present invention relates to a mixing apparatus. A production unit produces a working fluid that is in a supercritical state or a subcritical state. A storage unit stores a material. A dissolving unit dissolves the material in the working fluid. A mixer mixes the material together in the presence of the working fluid. A material feed valve opens or closes a flow passage through which the material is to pass to be fed from the storage unit into the dissolving unit. A working fluid inflow valve opens or closes a flow passage through which the working fluid is to pass to flow into the dissolving unit from the production unit. A mixer inflow valve opens or closes a flow passage through which the working fluid and the material are to pass to flow into the mixer from the dissolving unit.

摘要: Provided is an ultra-dispersion mixer, for stirring a mixed material for producing a high-quality slurry for an electrode of a secondary battery within a short time by disposing a low-speed blade and a high-speed blade for stirring a mixed material in a chamber so as to easily and effectively disperse elements of the slurry of a secondary battery, supplied to a mixer during a procedure of preparing the slurry of a secondary battery produced by performing mixing procedures multiple times, and disposing blade parts having a plurality of stirring characteristics so as to realize various stirring characteristics in the mixed material on the high-speed blade to increase the dispersion of the mixed material while the mixed material circulates in a high-shear disperser of the chamber and to simultaneously increase the temperature of a supplied solution at the beginning of stirring of the mixed material in the chamber.

摘要: An outpouring assembly, comprising an outpouring plate, wherein the outpouring plate is provided with a liquid outlet through hole, a paste discharge pipe is disposed in the liquid outlet through hole, the paste discharge pipe moves up and down in the liquid outlet through hole, and when a lower end of the paste discharge pipe extends out of the liquid outlet through hole, the paste discharge pipe is in a liquid outpouring state. A beneficial effect of the present invention is as follows: Because a liquid such as the color paste or water has surface tension, the color paste adheres to a surface of an outlet, outpouring precision of the outpouring assembly is affected. A paste discharge pipe is disposed in the liquid outlet through hole, so that a quantity of color pastes adhered to a paste discharge outlet of the paste discharge pipe can be effectively reduced.

摘要: A system for generating and dispensing plural component materials includes a controller operatively connected to dispense valves and return valves. The return valves are in respective open states to allow constituent materials to circulate back to a source and are in respective closed states to block circulation. The dispense valves are in respective open states to allow mixing of the constituent materials to form the plural component material and in respective closed states to prevent generation and dispense. The controller implements a delay between closing the return valves and opening the dispense valves to build pressure in the system prior to generating and dispensing the plural component material.

摘要: An apparatus for preparing a liquid preparation uses a two-part system. A first part includes a first reagent and a second part includes a second reagent. The first reagent and the second reagent react when mixed to form an active ingredient of the liquid preparation. The liquid preparation is a diluent. The apparatus includes a primary chamber for receiving a quantity of the first part, a quantity of the second part and a quantity of the diluent, a reagent inlet for admitting the first part and the second part to the primary chamber, a diluent inlet connectable to a diluent supply for admitting the diluent to the primary chamber, an outlet for releasing the liquid preparation from the primary chamber, and a flow controller to admit a pre-determined volume of diluent to the primary chamber in a pre-determined time period when the diluent inlet is connected to a diluent supply.

摘要: A homogenizer for homogenously blending a feedstock includes a separator, an agitator and a hopper integrated as a single unit in a common housing. The separator receives a material feed, in the form of a fluid medium carrying a composite feedstock, and separates the composite feedstock from the fluid medium. The agitator receives the separated composite feedstock from the separator, and mixes the composite feedstock to yield the homogenously blended feedstock. The hopper receives the homogenously blended feedstock from the agitator and holds the homogenously blended feedstock for release to either a processing machine or a storage container. The homogenizer is controlled by one or more control units that use signals received from a sensor in the hopper to control the delivery of a material feed to the homogenizer, and the flow of feedstock therethrough.
