    摘要: A fluid control assembly and a fluid control device are provided. The fluid control assembly includes a valve body component and a valve core component. At least part of the valve core component is located in a valve cavity. The valve body component is provided with a body portion and a protruding portion. The body portion forms at least part of a wall portion of the valve cavity, and the protruding portion protrudes from the peripheral wall of the body portion. The fluid control assembly is provided with a first flow channel, and at least part of the first flow channel is located in the valve core component. The protruding portion is provided with two or more lugs, at least some of the lugs are provided with the second flow channels, and circulation ports of at least some of the second flow channels have the same orientation.

Pressure in an internal cavity of a valve may be monitored and stored to assist in determining whether one or more seals in the valve are leaking. Internal cavity temperature may also be recorded and monitored to assist in determining whether there are any valve seal leaks. Expected pressure corresponding to a detected internal cavity pressure (that may be determined by correlating temperature and known fluid properties) may be compared to detected internal cavity pressure to assist in determining the existence of valve leaks. Internal cavity pressures and pressure differentials over time may be used to determine remaining valve seal life, leak severity, and/or integrity of a check valve on the valve. Indications of seal life, leak severity, seal integrity, and/or check valve integrity may be displayed to an end user or otherwise provided to a database or computer.

A valve body is rotatably provided in the housing cavity and includes a valve body top portion, a valve body bottom portion and a valve body sidewall. An outer surface of the upper valve body sidewall is a partial cylindrical surface, and an outer surface of the lower valve body sidewall is shaped to have a gradually decreasing diameter in a direction from top to bottom. A seal is provided on the valve body sidewall and the seal is configured to match with the housing to enable the valve body sidewall to close at least one of the housing openings.

    摘要: A throttle valve is provided. The throttle valve includes a throttle valve body, a valve plug, a hollow seal and a first scraper. A flow path is formed in the throttle valve body. The valve plug is disposed in the throttle valve body. A notch is formed on the valve plug. By rotating the valve plug, the position of the notch is changed, and the degree of opening of the flow path is modified. The hollow seal is disposed in the throttle valve body. An abutting portion is formed on the hollow seal, and the abutting portion sealably abuts the valve plug. The first scraper is disposed on the valve plug. When the valve plug is rotated, the first scraper abuts the abutting portion to clean the abutting portion.
