    Abstract: An improved mechanical dump valve for a liquid level control system. The dump valve comprises a splined shaft that communicates with the valve actuator by a toothed member, such as a splined bore in a dump valve hub. The dump valve also may include pressure ports. Still further, the present invention includes a liquid level control system comprising a trunnion assembly and a mechanical dump valve in which the trim motion of the float valve is transmitted by means of splined shafts in both the trunnion assembly and the dump valve assembly. The inventive system may comprise float weights for weighting the float accurately without having to drill the float and load it with sand or other weighting material. Also included is a kit for retrofitting existing liquid level control systems that use D-shaped connections with splined components.

    Abstract: A volume liquid fixed-ratio multi-batch mixing valve includes a valve body, including a first inlet liquid chamber, a second inlet liquid chamber and a mixing chamber; a first valve core, controlling liquid inflow into the first inlet liquid chamber; a second valve core, controlling liquid inflow into the second inlet liquid chamber; a liquid drainage valve core, controlling liquid drainage; a rotary shaft includes a first impeller and a second impeller.     Abstract: An irrigation management system is disclosed and positionable in-line with an irrigation pipe for monitoring and controlling a flow of fluid therethrough. In at least one embodiment, the system provides an inlet pipe and an opposing outlet pipe in serial fluid communication with the irrigation pipe. At least one fluid control valve is in serial fluid communication between the inlet pipe and outlet pipe for selectively controlling the flow of fluid therebetween. The fluid control valve provides a main valve and a hydraulic actuator for selectively moving the main valve between open and closed positions. The hydraulic actuator is also in serial fluid communication between a pair of actuator valves for moving the hydraulic actuator between open and closed positions. The system also provides at least one sample collection tank configured for temporarily storing a volume of fluid diverted from the irrigation pipe in order to be tested.

    Abstract: A knife gate valve includes a shutoff apparatus and a valve stem in communication with the shutoff apparatus. The valve stem includes a threaded portion and a journaled portion above the threaded portion. The journaled portion has a diameter smaller than a diameter of the threaded portion. A head portion is sized and shaped to engage with a powered rotational tool. A yoke has a journal cutout through which the journaled portion of the valve stem is positioned. A vertical position of the valve stem is maintained by the yoke. The valve stem is rotatable within the yoke to operate the shutoff apparatus.

    Abstract: A valve device includes a valve rod connecting a valve main body and a piston and capable of advancing and retracting in a first direction integrally with the valve main body and the piston, a rotary sleeve rotatably supported on a valve casing in a first circumferential direction around a first center axis, an operation member configured to rotate an operation shaft in a second circumferential direction, an advancing and retracting sleeve immovably fixed to the valve rod and the piston, and a stopper member configured to restrict an amount of movement of the advancing and retracting sleeve toward a first side in the first direction. The operation shaft is connected to the rotary sleeve such that a rotation of the operation shaft in the second circumferential direction can be converted into a rotation in the first circumferential direction and transmitted to the rotary sleeve. The advancing and retracting sleeve is movable in the first direction when the rotary sleeve rotates in the first circumferential direction. The stopper member is capable of coming into contact with the advancing and retracting sleeve when the advancing and retracting sleeve moves toward the first side in the first direction by a specified value.
