摘要: A removable apparatus having a core holder body and a core sample assembly fitted inside the core holder body is disclosed. The core sample assembly includes a core sample and a sleeve fitted around the core sample. A first flanged stopper and a second flanged stopper are positioned at opposite axial ends of the core holder body. A flow path is formed through the first and second flanged stoppers and interfaces at opposite end surfaces of the core sample. Also provided are an assembly and a system comprising the removable apparatus for use in oilfield applications. Further, a method of testing a property of a fluid using the removable apparatus is provided.

摘要: The present disclosure provides for analysis systems that are configured to extract a fluid sample from a fluid (e.g., aqueous solution) in a reactor (e.g., bioreactor) at a first rate and then flow the fluid sample to a sensor system at a second rate to analyze the fluid sample. The sensor system can detect the presence and/or concentration of molecules (e.g., biomolecules such as biomarkers (e.g., metabolites, proteins, peptides, cytokines, growth factors, DNA, RNA, lipids) and cells of different types and cell properties, e.g., mechanical stiffness, etc.)). The data obtained can be used by a feedback control system to modify, as needed, the conditions in the reactor to enhance the productively of the reactor.

The separation container may include a body defining an internal chamber. The body may define an opening, and the body may be configured to receive the sample within the internal chamber. The separation container may further include a seal disposed across the opening, such that the seal may be configured to seal the opening of the body, and a plunger movably disposed at least partially inside the internal chamber. The plunger may be configured to be actuated to open the seal and express the portion of the sample.

摘要: Various implementations include a system and methods for capture and transfer of a liquid sample from a process to a sample analysis device. In particular, a sample of fluid can be contained in a non-pressurized line and first and second air-operated valves may prevent the fluid from flowing through the line. A third air-operated valve may be positioned on a stub-out of the non-pressurized line between the first and second air-operated valves. A sample line, also configured to contain a sample of the fluid, can extend between the third air-operated valve and a sample analysis device to transfer the sample of fluid to the sample analysis device. A first pneumatic valve can control air flow to the first and second air-operated valves; a second pneumatic valve can control air flow to the third air-operated valve; and a third pneumatic valve can control low-pressure air injected into the sample line.

摘要: A robotic milking system includes a milking control, a milk line, and a sampling and analysis device for the milk, wherein the milking control controls the robotic milking device based on the analysis of the milk sample. The sampling and analysis device includes a control unit, a tape reel with a tape with reagent pads that detect the presence of a substance in the sample, a tape mover, a dosing device to provide a sample onto a reagent pad, a camera to image of the reagent pad with said sample, and to analyse the images to indicate a presence or concentration of said substance. The lengthwise consecutive substantially rectangular reagent pads are separated by a hydrophobic line, and the control unit recognises said line in the image and determines a position thereof. The control unit controls the tape mover on the basis of the obtained image and line position.
