The sleeve is fixed inside the insertion hole by causing the large-diameter portion to be pushed against the valve block by the solenoid unit.

    摘要: A valve, in particular a pilot-operated proportional directional poppet valve, has a valve housing (7) with a fluid inlet (21) and a fluid outlet (23). The fluid stream between the fluid inlet (21) and the fluid outlet (23) is adjustable by a main piston (27). A pilot valve chamber (37) provided on a rear face (29) of the main piston (27) has a pilot valve closing member (33) movable by an actuating device (69). By closing member (33) the fluid stream between the pilot valve chamber (37) and the fluid outlet (23) can be adjusted. An inlet aperture (3) is arranged between the fluid inlet (21) and the pilot valve chamber (37). A maximum volumetric flow controller (5) is in the main piston (27) in an outflow between the pilot valve chamber (37) and the fluid outlet (23).

    摘要: A poppet valve for controlling water flow is provided, the poppet valve includes a housing, a movable armature arranged within the housing, a pilot pin having first and second ends, and a return element associated with the pilot pin. The first end of the pilot pin is associated with and driven by the armature, and a poppet is arranged around the second end of the pilot pin. A cage is arranged around the poppet, the cage having a transverse opening adapted for water to flow therethrough. The armature is selectively actuated to drive the pilot pin in a first direction towards a closed position, in which the transverse opening of the cage is blocked by the poppet. The return element drives the pilot pin in a second direction towards an open position, in which the transverse opening of the cage is unblocked by the poppet.

    摘要: A valve device includes main valve element and pilot valve element. The main valve element divides valve element space of housing into first pressure chamber and second pressure chamber. The pilot valve element is provided in the second pressure chamber. In one example, first pilot passage including first restrictor extends from primary passage to the second pressure chamber, and second pilot passage including second restrictor is formed at the main valve element. The main valve element and the pilot valve element are coupled to each other by pin, and gap is formed between the pin and one of the main valve element and the pilot valve element. The pilot valve element opens and closes the second pilot passage by biasing member and drive mechanism. The main valve element is driven so as to open the secondary passage by differential pressure between the first pressure chamber and the second pressure chamber.

    摘要: A control valve according to an embodiment includes a guide member of a cylindrical shape extending coaxially with a valve hole, a valve element of a bottomed cylindrical shape for opening and closing a valve section such that the valve element touches and leaves the valve hole, and a pressure-canceling structure for canceling out at least part of pressure acting on the valve element by introducing a working fluid into a back pressure chamber via a leak passage, the pressure-canceling structure including the back pressure chamber, surrounded by the valve element and the guide member, and the leak passage communicating between the valve hole and the back pressure chamber. A sliding portion and a spacing are formed in an overlapped portion which is a region overlapped by the valve element and the guide member. The sliding portion is connected circumferentially at least when the valve section is closed, and the proportion of the spacing occupied in the overlapped portion is larger than the proportion of the sliding portion occupied at the time when the valve section is open.
