The inner container (11) is adapted to contain a cryogenic fluid, which is brought outside the tank (12) through at least one cryogenic fluid withdrawal pipe (13), preferably made of stainless steel. The cryogenic fluid withdrawal pipe (13) is connected to the outer container (10) through a connection system (22) comprising a tubular bimetallic joint (14), which has an outer wall (15), adapted to be welded to the outer container (10) of the tank (12), and a central end or terminal (16), adapted to be welded to the cryogenic fluid withdrawal pipe (13).

摘要: The invention relates to a composite pressure vessel (1) with a liner (2) made of plastic, at least one end boss (4) arranged in the region of the opening of the pressure vessel (1) and an outer layer (3) of a fiber composite material. The end boss (4) has a through hole (5) and is used for connecting a valve. The liner (2) has an axial tubular neck portion (14) with a mouth at its axial end, which extends into the end boss (4) and is provided on its outer side with an external thread (15) and a thread-free region. The external thread is screwed into an internal thread of the through hole (5) of the end boss (4).
To optimize sealing, an inner wall of the end boss (4) in contact with the thread-free region of the neck portion (14) has at least two annular grooves (10, 11) arranged at an axial distance from one another, wherein two sealing rings (16, 17) are arranged in the annular grooves (10, 11). A first sealing ring (16) is made of a first material that seals at low temperatures, and a second sealing ring (17) is made of a second material that has low gas permeability.-

The first circuit (11) and the second circuit (21) are configured to be in fluid communication: —in a filling phase, when fuel gas flows in the first and second filling pipes (14, 24) from the filling device (50) towards the first and second tanks (12, 22); —and in a working phase, when fuel gas flows in the first and second supply lines (13, 23) from the first and second tanks (12, 22).

摘要: Disclosed are gas cylinder assemblies for containing pressurized gas. The gas cylinder assembly has a polymeric liner and a low-permeability barrier layer. The polymeric liner a first end portion, a second end portion and a central body. The central body comprises an outer surface and an inner surface disposed between the first end and the second end. The gas cylinder assembly comprises a reinforcement structure wound over the central body. The gas cylinder assembly further comprises a metal foil interposed between the reinforcement structure and central body. The metal foil is configured to reduce permeation of contents of the polymeric liner.

摘要: The invention refers to a method of manufacturing a pressure tank, comprising an inner container and an outer layer made of a fiber material which is wound around the inner container. In performing the method, a retention device with several retention elements protruding therefrom is attached to an inner container so as to wind a local pole cap reinforcement in a dome-shaped pole cap portion of the inner container. Then the retention device is removed and an outer layer is produced by winding of fiber material, the outer layer surrounding the central portion and the pole cap portions of the inner container.
