摘要: Provided is a pressure vessel capable of adapting a release direction of gas in the pressure vessel (i.e., release-permitted direction) and a direction in which the gas in the pressure vessel should not be released (i.e., release-restricted direction) to an attitude of a vehicle or a surrounding environment. A release direction control unit is configured to variably change, with respect to the pressure vessel, a release direction of gas as a pressure relief valve opens, and without depending on an attitude of the pressure vessel, release the gas stored in the pressure vessel as the pressure relief valve opens (only) in the release-permitted direction set in advance with respect to a gravity direction, not in the release-restricted direction set in advance with respect to the gravity direction.

The pipe split body and the second dome split body are assembled such that the second dome liner is located in the outer portion of the high-pressure tank relative to the pipe liner.

摘要: A system and a method with boil-off management for liquefied fuel storage are provided. The system includes a cryotank for storing a liquefied fuel, a pump for providing and compressing a first stream of the liquefied fuel, a heat exchanger for provide cooling duty to the first stream of the liquefied fuel, and an expansion valve for expanding the first stream of the liquefied fuel after the heat exchanger into a multiphase stream comprising a liquid phase and a gas phase. The multiphase stream has a temperature lower than an initial temperature of the first stream from the cryotank. The system further comprises a liquid-vapor splitter for separating the liquid phase and gas phase in the multiphase stream. The liquid phase is returned into the cryotank.

摘要: A gas control system includes a high pressure tank, a temperature sensor, a pressure sensor, an injector, and a gas control ECU. The high pressure tank includes a liner, a reinforcing layer, and a discharge hole for discharging hydrogen gas from the liner. The temperature sensor detects the temperature of the reinforcing layer or the temperature around the outside of the high pressure tank. In the implementation of the gas control method, the gas control ECU, based on temperature information detected by the temperature sensor and pressure information detected by the pressure sensor, changes the timing of starting limiting control for limiting the discharge of hydrogen gas.

摘要: A cryogenic tank apparatus includes an inner container for holding a cryogenic medium, an outer housing surrounding the inner container, an insulation space disposed between the inner container and the outer housing, and at least one heat exchanger. The at least one heat exchanger includes at least one cold flow line through which flows the cryogenic medium held in the inner container, and at least one hot flow line in thermal contact with the at least one cold flow line and through which flows a temperature control medium in such a manner that a transfer of heat takes place between the temperature control medium and the cryogenic medium. The at least one cold flow line is arranged on an inner side of the outer housing and the at least one hot flow line is arranged on an outer side of the outer housing so that a portion of the outer housing acts as a heat transfer surface of the heat exchanger.

摘要: The invention relates to a fusible link (100) for installation in a through-opening (4) in a gas tank (1000), having a tension rod (1), a guide sleeve (2) with at least one fluid-guiding duct (2a) for guiding gas out of the gas tank (1000) into the environment of the gas tank (1000), and a fusible sheath (3), wherein the guide sleeve (2) is formed in a ring around the tension rod (1) at least in some sections, and the fusible sheath (3) surrounds the guide sleeve (2) in a sheath-like manner at least in some sections, wherein the tension rod (10) has a tapered section (1a) which tapers in a direction away from the gas tank (1000) when installed in the gas tank (1000), the guide sleeve (2) has at least one predetermined breaking section (2b) which, when the fusible link (100) is installed into the through-opening (4), breaks to introduce fusible material (3a) into the at least one fluid-guiding duct (2a), as a result of which fused material (3a) from the fusible sheath (3) can pass into at least some sections of the at least one fluid-guiding duct (2a) to block a gas flow through the at least one fluid-guiding duct (2a), and the tension rod (1) and the guide sleeve (2) have a higher strength and/or temperature resistance than the fused material (3a). The invention also relates to a method for assembling a fusible link (100) and for installing same in a gas tank (1000).
