摘要: Provided is a method for determining the generation source of ripple voltage when abnormal ripple voltage is detected. The control device is for an electric compressor, the control device comprising: a detection unit that detects ripple voltage; a judgment unit that judges whether the ripple voltage is abnormal based on the value of the ripple voltage; and a cause determination unit that determines whether the cause of the abnormality is the electric compressor or some other external device, based on the control result of the electric compressor.

摘要: Systems and methods are provided for providing energy consumption feedback for powering a transport climate control system using external data. This can include determining whether an energy level of an energy storage source is greater than an expected energy consumption of a transport climate control system during a route, based on route parameters and route conditions. The route conditions may be obtained from a source such as a remote server, and include data such as weather data, traffic data, or the like. The systems and methods may further compare current energy levels to an updated predictions of energy consumption during transit to determine if the energy level is sufficient to complete the route and alert the user when the energy level is insufficient to complete the route.

摘要: The invention concerns a method for managing a thermal management device (1) for a motor vehicle, comprising the following steps: —increasing the speed of rotation of the compressor (3) to its maximum speed, —determining a modified setpoint temperature (T15-sp3) of the third element (300) greater than the first setpoint temperature (T15-sp1), so that the temperature of the second element (200) at the outlet of the first evaporator (11) tends towards its setpoint temperature (T11-sp), —adjusting the opening diameter of the second expansion device (13) so that the temperature of the third element (300) at the outlet of the second evaporator (15) reaches a modified setpoint temperature (T15-sp3), until the temperature of the second element (200) at the outlet of the first evaporator (11) reaches the setpoint temperature (T11-sp). The invention further relates to the thermal management device (1) for implementing said management method.

摘要: A system includes a compressor outlet temperature module, a refrigerant quality module, and a correction factor module. The compressor outlet temperature module is configured to estimate a temperature at an outlet of a compressor in a thermal system of an electric vehicle. The refrigerant quality module is configured to estimate a quality of refrigerant at an inlet of the compressor based on an enthalpy at the compressor inlet and an inlet enthalpy correction factor. The refrigerant quality is a ratio of vapor refrigerant mass to total refrigerant mass. The correction factor module is configured to determine the inlet enthalpy correction factor based on the estimated compressor outlet temperature and a temperature measured at the compressor outlet.

摘要: A fluid management device includes a control assembly, at least two block portions, and at least two valve core assemblies. The at least two block portions are hermetically connected to a same control assembly. The valve core assemblies are electrically connected to the control assembly. Each block portion includes a body portion. The body portion defines a mounting channel. A portion of the valve core assembly is located in an inner cavity of the control assembly, and another portion is located in the mounting channel. A gap is formed between two adjacent body portions for separating the body portions so as to reduce the possibility of heat transfer, thereby reducing harmful heat loss of the fluid management device.
