摘要: A valve device includes a housing, a stationary disk, a drive device, a shaft and a rotor. The stationary disk is fixed at an inside of the housing and has at least one flow passage hole. The shaft is rotated about a central axis by the drive device. The rotor increases or decreases an opening degree of the at least one flow passage hole. The rotor includes: a drive disk that slides relative to the stationary disk; and a lever that is fixed to the drive disk and couples between the drive disk and the shaft. A first torsion spring is placed between the housing and the shaft and urges the shaft relative to the housing in a circumferential direction around the central axis, and a second torsion spring is placed between the shaft and the lever and urges the lever relative to the shaft in the circumferential direction.

摘要: A control valve including a valve body, a chamber arranged inside the valve body, a fluid inlet, a fluid outlet, and a closing arrangement for regulating the flow of fluid from the fluid inlet to the fluid outlet via the chamber. The closing arrangement has a closed state in which no fluid, or only a leakage flow, is allowed to flow through the chamber, a first open state in which fluid is allowed to flow through the chamber, and at least one second open state in which a lower flow of fluid is allowed to flow through the chamber compared to when the closing arrangement is in its first open state. Between the closed state and the second open state, the closing arrangement is configured to allow fluid to flow through the chamber in accordance with a first valve characteristic function.

摘要: A method of designing a valve presenting an orifice of section that depends on the position of the valve member of the valve, which section can thus be controlled. The method includes determining a desired variation relationship for the flow section of the valve, which relationship defines a desired variation in the section as a function of time; setting a predetermined movement relationship for the valve member; and defining the shape of the fluid flow orifice in such a manner that, at each instant, if the valve member moves in compliance with the predetermined movement relationship, the flow section remains equal to the desired section. The method makes it possible to design a valve that is simple to control.

摘要: A liquid pressure circuit is provided in which connecting an accumulator (22) to a high pressure liquid path (Lh) by opening a cut-off valve (24a) and connecting a intake liquid path (Li) to the high pressure liquid path (Lh) by means of a switch valve (24b) enables a pump/motor (M) to be operated as a motor by liquid stored under pressure in the accumulator (22), connecting the accumulator (22) to the high pressure liquid path (Lh) by opening the cut-off valve (24a) and connecting the intake liquid path (Li) to a low pressure liquid path (Ll) by means of the switch valve (24b) enables the pump/motor (M) to be operated as a pump to thus store liquid of a tank (21) under pressure in the accumulator (22), and closing the cut-off valve (24a) and connecting the intake liquid path (Li) to the high pressure liquid path (Lh) by means of the switch valve (24b) enables the pump/motor (M) to rotate without load; it is therefore possible to switch between three circuits, that is, drive (motor operation), regeneration (pump operation), and neutral (load-free running) by a simple structure with a small number of components.

摘要: A flow-adjusting valve including a valve base and a valve rod. The valve base has arranged within a valve cavity thereof a valve opening. The valve rod opens or shuts the valve opening. The valve rod is tube-shaped, and the lower part thereof is a cylinder. The valve base has arranged at circumferential positions around the valve opening a sealing stepped surface. A lower end face of the valve rod is sealedly in contact with or disengaged from the sealing stepped surface. Furthermore, the valve opening has protruding upwards along the axial direction thereof a sleeve protrusion part. The sealing stepped surface is arranged within the sleeve protrusion part. The structure of flow-adjusting valve on the one hand balances a refrigerant pressure exerted along the axial direction of the valve rod while on the other hand improves the service life and sealing performance of the valve rod.

摘要: A gas control valve and method of controlling a gas control valve to provide infinite adjustability is provided. The gas control valve defines a fluid flow path. A flow adjustment arrangement within the fluid flow path has a plurality of discrete open configurations. Each discrete open configuration establishes a different flow rate through the fluid flow path. A controller operatively cyclically alternates the flow adjustment arrangement between different ones of the discrete configurations to provide an average flow rate through the fluid flow path that is between the flow rates permitted by the different ones of the discrete open configurations. The controller establishes residence times at the various ones of the discrete open configurations such that the resultant flow rate is the desired flow rate.

摘要: In a Valve, grid-patterned, fixed wall(s) and movable gate plate/plug are built in the hub to control the conduction area. Adjustable spring is applied to push the gate/plug firmly against the fixed wall(s). The structure alteration reduces the travel length required to switch the valve between open and closed states. Since the open/close state is self-sustaining at its last switched state due to friction, no holding energy is required in the actuator. Consequently, a small linear operation solenoid can be used in impulse mode to operate the valve. Due to its low cost, separate solenoids are used to respectively pull open and close the valve in lieu of applying an auto-direction-conversion mechanism. A bimetallic strip contact in series with a resister, packaged together in a thermal isolating tube, is used to prevent the low-duty solenoid from excessive stress-time.
