摘要: The invention relates to a flow control device (10) for industrial filter installations, said flow control device comprising: a valve device (20) which is located in a flow line to, in or from a filter installation, the valve device (20) having a closed-loop control section (23) which is connected to the flow line and which can be controlled in a closed-loop manner via at least one deformable membrane (30); a hydraulic device (40) which controls the pressure in a hydraulic duct (32, 46) in a closed-loop manner by means of an actuator (42), the hydraulic duct (32, 46) being connected to the valve device (20) in such a way that the membrane (30) increases or reduces the flow cross-section depending on the pressure in the hydraulic duct (32, 46); a drive (60) for driving the hydraulic device; and an open-loop control unit (80) which controls the flow control device (10) in an open-loop manner.

摘要: A microfluidic purification device for exosomes purification is disclosed that has high speed, high viability and efficiency plus re-cycling of cells for regrowth of exosomes. The microfluidic purification device contains coarse filtering, and/or medium filtering plus fine filter with the medium/fine filter made of MEMS semiconductor process. For high-speed operation, an ultrasound vibrator attached to input chamber/filter/output chamber assembly is also used that the vibration amplitude, duty cycle and duration can be controlled through controller. The MEMS filter is V-shaped and/or funnel shape made of silicon wafer by semiconductor process. For funnel shape MEMS filter, the exit hole size is between 0.2 μm to 1 μm suitable for exosomes filtering with high speed and high viability.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to a filter head (20, 20A, 20B), a filter (1) and a filter assembly (100, 200). The filter head (20, 20A, 20B) includes: a filter head housing (30, 30A, 30B); a valve (40) mounted in an inner cavity of a housing body (31, 31A, 31B); and a filter head base (50) fixedly mounted to the filter head housing (30, 30A, 30B) so as to confine the valve (40)) in the filter head housing (30, 30A, 30B). The housing body (31, 31A, 31B) is provided with a raw water port (P1), a first water outlet port (P2) and a second water outlet port (P3). The valve (40) is configured to be rotatable relative to the filter head housing (30, 30A, 30B) to an open position or a closed position. In the open position, an inner cavity of a valve body (41) is in fluid communication with the raw water port (P1), the first water outlet port (P2) and the second water outlet port (P3). In the closed position, the inner cavity of the valve body (41) is not in fluid communication with any one of the raw water port (PI), the first water outlet port (P2) and the second water outlet port (P3). A filter cartridge (10) can be removed and mounted without closing a fluid pipeline connected to the filter (1), and suitable sealing is provided between the valve (40) and the filter head housing (30, 30A, 30B), thereby effectively preventing backflow and mixing of fluids.

摘要: In exemplary embodiments, a bi-directional valve for a bi-flow filter drier includes a valve body and a movable valve member disposed within the valve body. The movable valve member is movable within the valve body between a first position and a second position. In the first position, the movable valve member permits fluid flow in a first or forward flow direction through the valve while blocking or inhibiting fluid flow in a second or reverse flow direction through the valve. In the second position, the movable flow member permits fluid flow in the second or reverse flow direction through the valve while blocking or inhibiting fluid flow in the first or forward flow direction through the valve. The direction of fluid flow through the other filter drier components may be essentially the same whether the movable valve member is in the first position or the second position.
