Abstract: A performance in a technique using a heater for manufacturing a resin molding product is further improved. A method of manufacturing a resin molding product includes: a step of placing a first portion configuring a resin molding product, in a first mold; a step of placing a second portion configuring a resin molding product, in a second mold; a step of inserting a heater between the first mold and the second mold; a step of partially heating the first portion and the second portion by the heater; a step of evacuating the heater; a step of welding the first portion and the second portion; and a step of extracting the resin molding product including the first portion and the second portion.

Abstract: An injection device (2) of an injection molding machine (1) includes a heating cylinder (18) having a gas introduction port (30) and a screw (19), and a gas supply device (5) is connected to the gas introduction port (30). The gas supply device (5) includes a gas supply source (33) and a gas pressure regulating unit (34). The gas pressure regulating unit (34) regulates a gas pressure and supplies the gas when a gas from the gas supply source (33) is introduced into the gas introduction port (30). Specifically, the gas pressure is caused to change in a molding cycle and is increased to a high pressure in a metering process (61). That is, a pressure increasing period (71) in which the gas pressure increases at least partially overlaps with the metering process (61).

Abstract: An injection molding machine system includes an injection molding machine, a mold, a heating heater device, and a pressing device. When the mold is closed or clamped, two or more primary molding cavities and one or more secondary molding cavities are formed. Primary molded articles are molded through injection molding when injected into the primary molding cavities. The pair of primary molded articles are placed in the secondary molding cavity, bonding end surfaces are melted by the heating heater device, and the mold is closed or clamped. When the pair of primary molded articles are pressed together by the pressing device, the primary molded articles are fused to each other to form a molded article.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a screw of an injection molding machine in which a heating cylinder is formed with a first compression section, a starvation section, and a second compression section, and in which an inert gas is to be introduced into the starvation section. A seal structure to prevent backflow of the resin may be provided between the dam flight and the starvation section.
