Abstract: An exhaust system with a multipiece heat shield for a work vehicle includes a first shield part and a second shield part. The first shield part surrounds an aftertreatment unit for aftertreating exhaust gases. The first shield part extends in an axial direction. The second shield part surrounds an exhaust tailpipe with radial spacing between the second shield part and the exhaust tailpipe. The second shield extends in the axial direction from the first shield part, wherein a radial gap between the first and second shield parts is sealed by a seal. In a starting position, the seal has two free ends arranged in the circumferential direction of the heat shield, which are arranged adjoining or overlapping one another in the circumferential direction when the seal is in a sealing position.

Abstract: An exhaust mixer provided may be used for mixing an additive, such as urea, in exhaust fluid flow. The exhaust mixer may be useful in reducing or preventing build-up of solid additive deposits by increasing efficiency of mixing of the additive. The exhaust mixer may be located at least partially within a mixing conduit and includes plurality of elongate mixing blades held in spaced configuration by a support. Each mixing blade may have a longitudinal axis extending along a longitudinal axis of the mixing conduit, wherein an injector module may be located upstream of the inlet of the mixing conduit.

Abstract: In a working vehicle, an exhaust gas aftertreatment device is provided in an engine compartment that is adjacent to a cooling fan through which cooling air is supplied to a heat exchanger. The exhaust gas aftertreatment device includes a selective catalytic reduction device in which ammonia obtained from a urea aqueous solution is used as a reduction-causing agent. A urea aqueous solution pipe through which the urea aqueous solution is supplied is laid to the selective catalytic reduction device through the engine compartment. In the engine compartment, a pipeline-forming member having pipelines in which the urea aqueous solution pipe is installed. The cooling air sucked by a cooling fan flows into the pipelines.
