摘要： A heat management system for air-cooled engines suitable to power yard care equipment or vehicles. The system may generally comprise an engine, a blower configured to blow ambient cooling air across the engine, and an exhaust system comprising an exhaust header and a muffler. The exhaust header has an inlet end which receives heated exhaust gas from the engine and an outlet end fluidly coupled to the muffler. An air control baffle is configured to redirect a portion of the cooling air from the blower towards the exhaust header and the muffler to enhance cooling the exhaust system. The system may further include an outermost protective shield exposed to equipment operators and an inner heat barrier or shield located between the muffler and protective shield. The system is designed to ameliorate both radiative and convective sources of heat transfer to maintain the protective shield at temperatures below established industry standards.

摘要： A cooling system includes: a shutter grille provided to an air guide port configured to guide air to a power compartment in which a power source of a vehicle is installed; a radiator configured to radiate heat from coolant for cooling the power source; a radiator fan configured to send the air to the radiator and the power source; a shutter grille controller configured to control opening and closing of the shutter grille; and a radiator fan controller configured to control the radiator fan. If a power source load on the power source is less than predetermined power source load, and if an air conditioning load on an air conditioner is equal to or greater than predetermined air conditioning load, the shutter grille controller and the radiator fan controller operate the radiator fan with the shutter grille closed.

摘要： A radiator for cooling a heated coolant includes an air guide for preventing heat damage. The air guide is adapted to allow air entering into the radiator due to the operation of a cooling fan to flow into a gear box of a fan clutch, wherein the cooling fan is installed at an inside of the vehicle and is activated by the fan clutch. The air guide can be installed above the cooling fan and thus allow air entering due to the operation of the cooling fan to flow horizontally, and further allow the air to flow vertically and downwardly such that the air is ejected downwardly towards a region where the gear box is installed.

The fan assembly further includes a stator with a plurality of stationary stator blades located radially or semi-radially outside the impeller for conversion of fluid dynamic pressure to fluid static pressure of the air flow.

摘要： A cooling fan module includes a frame, and a fan impeller having a plurality of fan impeller blades is located in an opening of the frame. The fan impeller blades are connected to a base portion of an outer fan ring. A lip portion of the outer fan ring extends from the base portion radially outward, and a leading end of the lip portion is turned in direction to the downstream side of the frame. A recirculating flow guiding device includes a plurality of guide vanes located on an upstream side of the frame and around the opening of the frame. An air gap is provided between the outer fan ring and the frame. A recirculating flow travels from downstream side of the cooling fan module through the air gap, and is turned by the leading end of the lip portion into the recirculating flow guiding device.
