A method for producing hydrocarbons may include two or more reactors having a distributed aromatic rich feed and hydrogen system. Using this configuration, the aromatic rich feed and hydrogen streams are split equally to all reactors wherein each reactor contains a catalyst. The outlet from the last reactor may include a recycle that may be injected into the inlet of the first reactor.

    摘要: A method for preparing a ruthenium catalyst, including a step of reducing a ruthenium catalyst precursor by holding the ruthenium catalyst precursor in an aqueous solution containing a metal salt at a temperature within the range of more than 180° C. and 220° C. or less and a hydrogen partial pressure within the range of 0.6 MPa or more and 5 MPa or less. A method for producing a cycloolefin, including a step of preparing a ruthenium catalyst by the method including a step of reducing a ruthenium catalyst precursor in an aqueous solution containing a metal salt by holding the ruthenium catalyst precursor at a temperature within the range of more than 180° C. and 220° C. or less and a hydrogen partial pressure within the range of 0.6 MPa or more and 5 MPa or less, and a step of partially hydrogenating a monocyclic aromatic hydrocarbon by use of the ruthenium catalyst obtained.

    摘要: A process for the removal of .alpha.-methyl styrene from admixtures with cumene by hydrogenation in a catalytic distillation hydrogenation to selectively hydrogenate the side chains and produce cumene is disclosed. The crude cumene may be the byproduct of the cumene oxidation to produce phenol. The crude cumene also contains acetone, benzene, ethyl benzene and high and low boiling carbonyls, which are either removed simultaneously with the hydrogenation/distillation or removed first followed by the selective catalytic distillation hydrogenation.

    摘要: Disclosed is a method for partially hydrogenating a monocyclic aromatic hydrocarbon to produce a cycloolefin, comprising reacting a monocyclic aromatic hydrocarbon with hydrogen in the presence of a particulate hydrogenation catalyst comprised mainly of metallic ruthenium, in a reaction system comprising a continuous aqueous phase having the particulate hydrogenation catalyst suspended therein, an oil phase containing the monocyclic aromatic hydrocarbon, and a gaseous phase comprising hydrogen gas, while applying a shearing force to the reaction system at a specific maximum shear rate. By the method of the present invention, not only can a cycloolefin be produced at high selectivity and in high yield, but also the catalytic activity can be stably maintained at a high level for a prolonged period of time.
