A compound disclosed by the invention is comprised of an amide or one of its salts, including an anionic portion combined with at least one cationic portion M+m in sufficient numbers to ensure overall electronic neutrality; the compound is further comprised of M as a hydroxonium, a nitrosonium NO+, an ammonium —NH4+, a metallic cation with the valence m, an organic cation with the valence m, or an organometallic cation with the valence m. The anionic portion matches the formula RF—SOx—N−Z, where RF is a perflourinated group, x is 1 or 3, and Z is an electroattractive substituent. The compounds can be used notably for ionic conducting materials, electronic conducting materials, colorants and the catalysis of various chemical reactions.

We provide a segmented reactor for regenerating a spent acidic ionic liquid via hydrogenation and hydrocracking, comprising: no solid hydrogenation catalyst; a gas inlet for feeding a gas feed comprising a hydrogen; a liquid inlet for feeding a spent acidic ionic liquid; partitions along an axis of the reactor that create segments, wherein each segment functions as a bubble column reactor; and an outlet from which a regenerated acidic ionic liquid flow out of the segmented reactor. We also provide a process for regenerating a spent acidic ionic liquid, comprising contacting the spent acidic ionic liquid with hydrogen and without an addition of a solid hydrogenation catalyst in the segmented reactor.

A borane compound is contacted with an acidic catalyst that contains conjunct polymer, which releases the conjunct polymer from the acidic catalyst. It is related to a method for preparing polyoxymethylene dimethyl ethers by a continuous acetalation reaction of trioxymethylene and methanol or methylal catalyzed by an ionic liquid. The processing apparatus used in the method includes a reaction zone, a separation zone, a catalyst regeneration zone and a product dehydration zone. A manner of circulating tubular reaction is used, resulting in a high external heat exchange efficiency, a simple structure of design and a low investment. A film evaporator is used, realizing a rapid separation and recycling of the light component, with a high separation efficiency. The separation of the catalyst solution from the crude product is simple, thereby realizing the regeneration and recycling of the catalyst.

The present invention discloses a method for preparing isocyanates by liquid-phase catalytic thermal cracking. In this method, in a reaction-rectification thermal cracking reactor, using a catalyst composition comprising a superfine powder metal oxide catalyst and an ionic liquid, an alkyl or aryl dialkylurethane, or multialkylurethane being a reactant is liquid-phase thermal cracked for a reaction time of 0.5-3 h under a reaction temperature of 160-220° C. and an absolute pressure of 1000-8000 Pa so as to prepare the corresponding isocyanate. The invention has the characteristics of low thermal cracking temperature, high yield of target products, relatively simple reaction apparatus and good universality for substrates (the yields of HDI, MDI, TDI, HMDI, NDI and IPDI or the like are all>85%) and the like.
