摘要: An object of the present invention is to extend the catalyst lifetime in a method for producing fluoromethane by pyrolyzing fluorine-containing methyl ether in the presence of a catalyst. The present invention provides a method for producing fluoromethane by pyrolyzing a fluorine-containing methyl ether represented by Formula (1) in a gas phase in the presence of a catalyst, the pyrolysis being conducted at a moisture concentration of 100 ppm or less, wherein R1 and R2 are identical or different, and each represents a substituted or unsubstituted straight or branched monovalent aliphatic hydrocarbon group, substituted or unsubstituted monovalent aromatic hydrocarbon group, substituted or unsubstituted monovalent cyclic aliphatic hydrocarbon group, hydrogen atom, or halogen atom.

摘要: Inter alia, the first titania-catalyzed [18F]-radiofluorination in highly aqueous medium is provided. In embodiments, the method utilizes titanium dioxide, 1:1 acetonitrile-thexyl alcohol solvent mixture and tetrabutylammonium bicarbonate as a base. Radiolabeling may be directly performed with aqueous [18F]fluoride without the need for drying/azeotroping step, which reduces radiosynthesis time while keeping high fluoride conversion. The general applicability of the synthetic strategy to the synthesis of the wide range of PET probes from tosylated precursors is demonstrated.

摘要: A polyfluoroalkyl allyl compound represented by the general formula: CF3(CF2)n(CH2CF2)a(CF2CF2)bCH2CH═CH2 [I] (n: 0 to 5, a: 1 or 2, b: 0 to 3). The polyfluoroalkyl allyl compound is produced by reacting a carboxylic acid allyl adduct represented by the general formula: CF3(CF2)n(CH2CF2)a(CF2CF2)bCH2CHICH2OCOR′ [II] (n, a, and b are as defined above, and R′: a C1-C3 alkyl group) with a transition metal. This method for producing provides a polyfluoroalkyl allyl compound used as a synthetic intermediate for a fluorine-containing alkylsilane compound that can remove free iodine derived from the raw material compound, before a hydrosilylation reaction is performed, without using a metal reagent having a high environmental impact, and that has excellent handling properties.

摘要: An object of the present invention is to provide a novel substance that has a high reactivity as a fluorinating agent, is effectively used in various fluorination reactions, and is safely handled even in air. As the solution for achieving this object, the present invention provides a complex obtained by reacting bromine trifluoride with at least one metal halide selected from the group consisting of halogenated metals and halogenated hydrogen metals in a nonpolar solvent. This complex serves as a fluorinating agent that provides excellent fluorination performance and that is stable in air.
