摘要: A method for halogenation of an organic compound with a halogen from a waste source comprising a halogen containing polymer includes admixing waste source with the organic compound, a solvent, and an electrolyte, wherein the solvent swells and/or dissolves the halogen containing polymer in the waste source; and exposing the admixture to a negative voltage in an electrochemical cell comprising a cathode and an oppositely disposed anode. The halogen containing polymer is dehalogenated by the cathode to generate a halogen anion. The halogen anode is formed into a reactive halogen species by the anode. 摘要: To provide a method for producing a fluorovinyl ether compound, whereby it is possible to suppress the generation of byproducts. The method for producing a fluorovinyl ether compound of the present invention is a method for producing a fluorovinyl ether compound, which comprises heat-treating a compound having a group represented by the formula (1): F—C(═O)—CF(X)—(CF2)n—O— in the presence of an oxide containing at least one element selected from the group consisting of alkali metal elements and alkaline earth metal elements, to obtain a fluorovinyl ether compound having a group represented by the formula (2): CF2═CF—O—, wherein the specific surface area of the oxide before the heat treatment is at least 1.0 m2/g. In the formula (1), n is 0 or 1, wherein when n is 0, X is CF3 and when n is 1, X is F.

摘要: An object of the present invention is to provide a novel substance that has a high reactivity as a fluorinating agent, is effectively used in various fluorination reactions, and is safely handled even in air. As the solution for achieving this object, the present invention provides a complex obtained by reacting bromine trifluoride with at least one metal halide selected from the group consisting of halogenated metals and halogenated hydrogen metals in a nonpolar solvent. This complex serves as a fluorinating agent that provides excellent fluorination performance and that is stable in air.

摘要: An object of the present invention is to remove a compound A from “sevoflurane containing fluoromethyl-1,1,3,3,3-pentafluoroisopropenyl ether (compound A)” so as to collect high-purity sevoflurane. The present invention concerns a method for producing sevoflurane containing substantially no compound A, comprising the following steps of: bringing a composition containing hydrogen fluoride (HF) and water at a mass ratio of 1:1 to 1:30 into contact with a 1st organic liquid containing sevoflurane and a compound A, thereby obtaining a 2nd organic liquid containing the compound A in an amount that is lower than that in the 1st organic liquid (step 1a); and distilling the 2nd organic liquid under the presence of a degradation inhibitor, thereby obtaining sevoflurane containing substantially no compound A as a main distillation fraction (step 2).
