The method for producing a fluorine-containing polymer of the present invention relates to a method for producing a fluorine-containing polymer containing a repeating unit of formula (1) and a repeating unit of formula (2), which includes: fluorine-containing monomer synthesis including reacting a diol of formula (3) with at least one selected from the group consisting of unsaturated carboxylic acids, esters of the unsaturated carboxylic acids, acid halides of the unsaturated carboxylic acids, and anhydrides of the unsaturated carboxylic acids, to obtain a composition containing a fluorine-containing monomer of formula (4) as a main reaction product and a fluorine-containing monomer of formula (5) as a minor reaction product; fluorine-containing monomer purification including removing the fluorine-containing monomer of formula (5) from the composition to adjust the amount of the fluorine-containing monomer of formula (5), expressed in parts per million based on the mass of the fluorine-containing monomer of formula (4), to 1500 ppm or less; and polymerization including performing a polymerization reaction of the composition obtained after the fluorine-containing monomer purification to give the fluorine-containing polymer containing the repeating unit of formula (1) and the repeating unit of formula (2),

摘要: The present invention relates to a process for the preparation of mixed polyol-carboxylic acid esters having a molecular weight of greater than or equal to 200 g/mol and less than or equal to 1000 g/mol, wherein a polyol is reacted in an at least two-step reaction with different monocarboxylic acids in the form of monocarboxylic acids or of monocarboxylic acid anhydrides, wherein the different monocarboxylic acids are reacted with the polyol in the order of their reactivity in the esterification reaction, starting with the lowest reactivity, wherein the monocarboxylic acids with the lower reactivity are reacted at least partly as monocarboxylic acid anhydride and the monocarboxylic acid with the highest reactivity is reacted thereafter as monocarboxylic acid with the polyol. Furthermore, the present invention relates to the use of the process for the preparation of mixed polyol esters.

摘要: A reactor and process for the production of bio-diesel. The reactor includes one or more coiled reaction lines. The lines are positioned within a tank containing a heat transfer media such as molten salt, maintained at about 750 F. A pump circulates the media within the tank. An emulsion of alcohol; refined feed stock, including glycerides and/or fatty acids; and preferably water is pumped through the reaction lines at temperatures and pressures sufficient to maintain the alcohol in a super-critical state. The curvature of the coils, pump pulsing, and the flow rate of the emulsion keep the emulsion in a turbulent state while in the reactor, ensuring thorough mixing of the alcohol and feed stock. The alcohol reacts with the glycerides and fatty acids to form bio-diesel. The reaction is fast, efficient with regard to energy input and waste generation, and requires minimal alcohol.

摘要: A synthesis method of alpha-hydroxycarboxylic acid ester is provided. In the method, an alpha-hydroxycarboxylic acid and an alcohol are taken as raw materials, one or more of boric acid, metaboric acid, pyroboric acid, and boric anhydride is taken as a catalyst, and one of cyclohexane, toluene, benzene, and alcohols is taken as a water-carrying agent. A reaction temperature is kept in range of 100-160° C., produced water is separated by an oil-water separator, and the alpha-hydroxycarboxylic acid ester is synthesized directly. After an esterification reaction, the water-carrying agent and unreacted alcohol are distilled by vacuum fractionation to obtain a crude product, and refined alpha-hydroxycarboxylic acid ester is obtained by performing neutralization, water washing, and vacuum rectification on the crude product. The alpha-hydroxycarboxylic acid ester prepared by the method has high purity and light color, and can be used as green solvent, surfactant, chiral resolution agent and plasticizer.
