摘要: A vacuum desorption, impregnation and curing system, a vacuum desorption device and a vacuum desorption process for a protective layer of a magnetic pole are provided. Before injection of an impregnation liquid, vacuum desorption is performed on a sealed system formed by a magnetic yoke and a vacuum bag. A functional relationship about a vacuum degree or pressure in the sealed system is established so as to control the procedure of the vacuum desorption. Parameters in the functional relationship include an average suctioned gas volume flow of a vacuum pump, duration of vacuumization, an initial pressure in the sealed system, as well as an initial volume of the sealed system. With the functional relationship for the vacuum impregnation and curing system and the vacuum impregnation and curing process, a vacuum desorption standard is provided, a desorption time may be grasped better, and mutual verification effect is formed in conjunction with the detected pressure.

摘要: A method for manufacturing tanks for storing or containing a fluid under pressure and a method for manufacturing pipes for containing or channeling a fluid under pressure, such as for storing, containing or channeling hydrogen, natural gas or a hydraulic fluid. The method is less complex than known procedures, can be employed in a continuous or semi-continuous manner and allows for a lower thickness of the shell made from the fibres. The method comprising providing a liner having a cylindrical portion with two ends and two dome portions at the respective ends of the cylindrical portions or a liner having a cylindrical portion and one or two open ends; fabricating a tube of fibre filaments by means of the pullwinding method; and wrapping the tube of fibre filaments onto the liner such that at least the cylindrical portion of the liner is enclosed by the tube of fibre filaments.

摘要: The present invention relates to light weight composite materials which comprise a metallic layer and a polymeric layer, the polymeric layer containing a filled thermoplastic polymer which includes a thermoplastic polymer and a metallic fiber. The composite materials of the present invention may be formed using conventional stamping equipment at ambient temperatures. Composite materials of the present invention may also be capable of being welded to other metal materials using a resistance welding process such as resistance spot welding. The invention also relates to methods for producing a sheet of the polymeric layer.

摘要: There is little fluctuation in amount of short fibers among individual products of fiber substrate. No damage is caused to a mold for the fiber substrate. Continuous production of the fiber substrates is possible. A method of manufacturing a fiber substrate includes the steps of: preparing slurry by dispersing short fibers in a dispersion medium; pouring the slurry into a cylindrical mold from above the cylindrical mold, the slurry being directed to a slurry diffusion member disposed in the center of the cylindrical mold and having an upward pointing conical or pyramidal shape; pouring the dispersion medium or water onto the slurry diffusion member from above the slurry diffusion member to cause the short fibers adhering to the slurry diffusion member to fall down, after the step of pouring the slurry; and discharging the dispersion medium from the cylindrical mold to accumulate the short fibers in the cylindrical mold to obtain a fiber aggregate.

The cull plate includes a close contact part with the resin on a side opposed to the plunger, the close contact part including a projection projected to a side of the plunger beyond a groove bottom of a runner formed in the cull plate, or a recess recessed to a side of the laminated iron core body beyond the groove bottom of the runner.

摘要: The polymeric pipes reinforced with a metal casing are used for transporting oil and gas, acids, alkali products, drinking water and industrial water, and also in the transportation of aggressive and neutral pulps. A metal-containing polymeric reinforced pipe includes a welded metal casing and a polymeric matrix having an amorphous-phase-based molecular structure. The metal-containing polymeric reinforced pipe is produced by extrusion moulding with simultaneous feeding of a polymer melt and the reinforcing metal casing into the mould cavity, followed by intensive cooling of the internal and external surfaces of the pipe being moulded. The invention increases the quality and endurance limit in the radial direction of the metal-containing polymeric reinforced pipe, productivity of the process for manufacturing the pipe, and also the strength and technological effectiveness of a pipeline constructed from the pipes produced.

摘要: A method for manufacturing including securing attachments disposed near both ends in the seat core member front portion made of a molded article of expanded beads, the securing attachments being connected by an embedded connecting member extending in the seat core member longitudinal direction. The securing attachment includes a base embedded in the molded article of expanded beads, an upright frame joined to the base to extend out of the molded article of expanded beads, and a securing portion extending from the upright frame to project away from the molded article of expanded beads. The method includes creating, during or after molding the molded article of expanded beads, a space or notch in an outer side of the securing attachment upright frame of the molded article of expanded beads in the seat core member longitudinal direction, the notch extending toward an outer side in the seat core member longitudinal direction.
