摘要: Provided is a belt assist device having a compact configuration and being configured to move a seatbelt to an easily reachable position. A vehicle seat includes a belt assist device attached to a lateral portion of a seat back and configured to move a portion of a seatbelt placed on the lateral portion to the easily reachable position. The belt assist device includes a rotary member attached to a recessed housing portion of the lateral portion via a rotary shaft and configured to rotate up and down between a housing position at which the rotary member is housed in the seat back and a protruding position at which the rotary member rotates to protrude forward of the seat back to push out a portion of the seatbelt. The rotary member is disposed forward of a belt guide provided at the periphery of an upper end of the seat back.

摘要: An inference device detects, with a detection section, an electrical characteristic between plural predetermined detection points on a vehicle seat provided with a soft material that is conductive and that exhibits a change in an electrical characteristic according to a change in pressure imparted. An inference section employs a learning model to infer a posture state of an occupant of the vehicle seat from the electrical characteristic of the vehicle seat. The electrical characteristic when pressure has been imparted to the vehicle seat and the posture state information indicating the posture state of the occupant when imparting pressure to the vehicle seat are employed as training data for a learning model trained so as to be input with the electrical characteristic and output the posture state information, and trained so as to be input with the electrical characteristic and output the posture state of the occupant corresponding to the input electrical characteristic.

摘要: A rotatable vehicle seat assembly for interchangeable seats having a charging port includes a top. The top base encloses an interior defining a space for a locking mechanism to be positioned within. The locking mechanism includes a plurality of latches and a lever. The bottom base has a ball bearing rotating the top base relative to the bottom base. The bottom base includes a slot for inserting a seat belt through, a port providing electrical current, and a battery providing electric current to the port. Furthermore, a pair of straps protrudes out from the bottom base for retaining the bottom base to a bench seat. Either a padded seat or a car seat is positioned upon the top base.

The skirt can have a continuous perimeter extending between first and second free ends of the skirt along four sides of the base of the seat assembly. The bellows can include a break between the first and second free ends of the skirt to provide access to the base portion via the break, or to install or remove the skirt from the base portion without detaching the base portion from the cab or detaching the seating portion from the seat assembly.

摘要: A composite foam article is disclosed herein. The composite foam article comprises a polyurethane foam core presenting a first surface and a second surface facing opposite the first surface. A first skin is disposed on the first surface and a second skin is disposed on the second surface. The polyurethane foam core has a density of 15-80 kg/m3. The first and second skins comprise a plurality of fibers and a polymeric binder. The composite foam article has a weight per unit area of 500-1000 g/m2 and a strength of greater than 17 N at a post-compression thickness of greater than 2 mm when tested in according with SAE J949 at 23° C.
