摘要: A construction machine capable of suppressing deterioration in work efficiency includes an angle detecting device that detects a relative angle between a lower travelling body and an upper slewing body, a travel lever that can be manipulated to make the lower travelling body travel, a display, a directional information generating unit that generates information related to a travelling direction of the lower travelling body based on a detected result of the angle detecting device, and a display controller. The display controller causes the display to display an arrow image indicating the travelling direction of the lower travelling body generated by the directional information generating unit when the travel lever is manipulated and does not permit the display to display the arrow image when the travel lever is not manipulated.

摘要: A vehicular control system includes a forward-viewing camera viewing through the windshield at least forward of the equipped vehicle, a left-side camera viewing at least sideward and rearward of the equipped vehicle, a right-side camera viewing at least sideward and rearward of the equipped vehicle, and an electronic control unit (ECU). Image data captured by the cameras is transferred to and is processed at the ECU. Responsive at least in part to processing at the ECU of transferred image data, the vehicular control system detects another vehicle present rearward of the equipped vehicle and approaching the equipped vehicle in the same traffic lane that the equipped vehicle is traveling in on the road the equipped vehicle is traveling along. The vehicular control system undertakes a pre-impact measure to prepare the equipped vehicle for impact by the other vehicle and/or controls the equipped vehicle to mitigate impact by the other vehicle.

摘要: A system and method for navigating a vehicle automatically from a current location to a destination location without a human operator is disclosed. The method includes identifying a vehicle location using global positioning system (GPS) data regarding the vehicle. Also included is identifying that the vehicle location is near or at a parking location. Then, using mapping data defined for the parking location. The mapping data at least in part is used to find a path at the parking location to avoid a collision of the vehicle with at least one physical structure when the vehicle is automatically moved at the parking location. The method includes instructing the electronics of the vehicle to proceed with controlling the vehicle to automatically move from the current location to the destination location at the parking location. The electronics use as input at least part of the mapping data and sensor data collected from around the vehicle by at least two vehicle sensors. The path is configured to be updatable dynamically based on changes in the destination location or changes along the path. The destination location is a parking spot for the vehicle at the parking location.

The visible surface displays an electronically produced image in the display mode. An electronic processor is communicatively coupled to the rearview mirror display system. The electronic processor detects that the display mode is not operating properly, and, in response to the detecting, automatically switches the rearview mirror display system from the display mode to the mirror mode.

摘要: A vision system for a vehicle includes a rear backup camera and a display device including a video display screen. Within two seconds of shifting the vehicle transmission into reverse gear, the display device displays rear backup video images derived from captured image data. Rear backup video images derived from captured image data can be displayed after shifting out of reverse gear until a threshold condition is met. A user input is actuatable by the driver of the vehicle to change display of rear backup video images to display of other video images. Display of the other video images occurs after a delay period has elapsed since shifting into reverse gear. During the delay period and commencing when the vehicle transmission was shifted into reverse gear, only rear backup video images derived from image data captured by the rear backup camera are displayed by the video display screen.

The driving support unit has the washer wash the protection window, when a magnitude of a steering angle of the steering wheel changes a value smaller than a threshold wash angle to a value equal to or greater than the threshold wash angle. The driving support unit has the display unit start, a display of a turn screen (530 and 550), when the magnitude of the steering angle changes from a value smaller than a threshold display angle which is greater than the threshold wash angle to a value equal to or greater than the threshold display angle.

摘要: Systems and methods are provided, having sensing unit(s) configured to capture images of a surrounding of a vehicle, and a processing unit connected to a database which is configured to store imaging data relating to the surrounding of the vehicle together with metadata relating to capturing parameters of the stored imaging data. The processing unit enhances the captured images with stored imaging data according to a correspondence of metadata with vehicle situations, for example, according to a relation between capturing parameters of different sensing units. Sensing unit(s) may be gated infrared to indicate specified reflectivity parameters of regions in the captured images. Sensing unit(s) may comprise a controller applying changing patterned filters to the pixel array to enhance visibility and other image features. Multiple sensing units with gateable infrared sensors may communicate using modulated illumination spots.
