摘要: An imaging system includes an imaging scope, a camera, an image processor, and a system controller. The imaging scope is configured to illuminate an object and capture light reflected from the object. The camera has a light sensor with a light-sensitive surface configured to receive the captured light from the imaging scope, and generate a digital image representative of the captured light. The image processor is configured to receive the digital image from the camera, and use at least one of a random sample consensus (RANSAC) technique and a Hough Transform technique to (i) identify a boundary between an active portion and an inactive portion of the digital image and (ii) generate boundary data indicative of a characteristic of the boundary. The system controller is configured to receive the boundary data from the image processor, and use the boundary data to select and/or adjust a setting of the imaging system.

摘要: A remote follow spot system includes a remote controller that has separately movable parts that are movable in two orthogonal directions, and a display attached to one of said two separately movable parts. The display receives a video feed from a controlled light, that is controlled to move in the same directions as remote controller. The display hence shows the field of view where the light is pointing. In this way, an operator of the follow spot can control the light without physically being near the light.

摘要: Systems, methods, and apparatuses are provided herein for changing the positions and/or shapes of microlenses of a light field camera to generate light field images with enhanced depth of field and/or dynamic range. This may be accomplished by a light field camera determining a plurality of focus measurements for a plurality of microlenses, wherein one or more of the plurality of microlenses vary in distance from a main lens of the light field camera. The light field camera may use the plurality of focus measurements to determine a microlens of the plurality of microlenses that captures information that is the most focused. The light field camera can then determine defocus functions for the microlenses that are not capturing information that is the most focused. The light field camera can then generate a light field image using the determined defocus functions and the information captured by the plurality of microlenses.

摘要: An information handling system camera has an extruded aluminum housing that holds an inner frame supporting an image sensor assembled without the use of screws so that the camera readily disassembles to recycle or repair. A planar spring lock holds the camera assembly with flanges that fit into slots of the camera housing to engage the inner frame. The flanges release when a press of the planar spring lock into a recess of the housing biases the flange lip away from a catch of the inner frame.

摘要: A sensor assembly contains at least first and second sensors configured to perform imaging from a portion of a vehicle, each sensor having a respective field of view (FOV) based on an imaging direction of the sensor, each sensor having an FOV origin. The sensor assembly is configured to be disposed at the portion of the vehicle such that (i) the first and second sensors' FOV origins are each outboard from the vehicle, (ii) the first and second sensors' imaging directions are each within 90 degrees in yaw of being parallel to the backward direction of the vehicle, (iii) the first sensor's imaging direction is closer in yaw than the second sensor's imaging direction to being parallel to the backward direction of the vehicle, and (iv) the first sensor's FOV origin is more outboard from the vehicle than the second sensor's FOV origin.
