    摘要: An electric vehicle includes a mechanical-electrical integrated unit constituted by a drive apparatus and an electric-power control apparatus that are housed in a same casing. The drive apparatus includes a first electric motor, a second electric motor and a transmission device. The electric-power control apparatus is configured to control an electric power transmitted and received by the first and second electric motors. The electric-power control apparatus and the drive apparatus are housed in upper and lower casing portion of the casing, respectively. The second electric motor includes a stator core that is provided with a plurality of fastened portions, such that one of the plurality of fastened portions is disposed in a position which overlaps the upper casing portion in a vertical direction of the vehicle and which is located on a front side of an axis of the second electric motor in a longitudinal direction of the vehicle.

    摘要: An electrified vehicle includes a drive device including an alternating current motor and an inverter that drives the alternating current motor, a control device that controls the drive device, and a heat transfer device that transfers heat of the drive device to a heating target. When a predetermined heat requirement condition transferred to the heating target is satisfied, the control device executes loss increase control to control the drive device so that the power loss increases compared to a case where the heat requirement condition is not satisfied. When an index value regarding a rotation speed of the alternating current motor is less than a first threshold, the loss increase control includes first control to make a d-axis current of the alternating current motor larger than a reference d-axis current, which is the d-axis current when the heat requirement condition is not satisfied.

    摘要: A power control unit for electric vehicle includes an inverter for controlling a voltage supplied to a vehicle driving motor from a high-voltage battery. A DC/DC converter reduces the voltage of the high-voltage battery to a voltage capable of charging a low-voltage battery serving as a power supply for an in-vehicle auxiliary machine. The power control unit has a circuit board including first electrical circuit elements that constitute the inverter or the DC/DC converter and second electrical circuit elements together with the first electrical circuit elements. The unit further comprises a heat sink for cooling the first electrical circuit elements, a water pump for circulating a refrigerant in a refrigerant passage of the heat sink, and a water pump control circuit for controlling the operation of the water pump.
