At the time of switching from the asynchronous pulse control mode to the synchronous pulse control mode, the inverter control device changes a carrier reference phase that is a reference value of a phase of the carrier wave to a different value before and after the switching.

    generating phase voltages (u1, u2, u3) for corresponding phase sections (2.1, 2.2, 2.3) of the electric motor (2),
    ascertaining a voltage rotating field,
    measuring occurring phase currents (i1, i2, i3), ascertaining a current rotating field depending on the measured phase currents (i1, i2, i3),
    calculating a phase difference between the voltage rotating field and the current rotating field and/or calculating a frequency difference between the frequency of the voltage rotating field and the frequency of the current rotating field, and
    determining a fault state when the phase difference exceeds a phase difference threshold value and/or when the frequency difference exceeds a frequency difference threshold value.

    摘要: A model predictive decomposition control method and device for an open-winding five-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor is provided. The method includes obtaining the voltage component in the stationary coordinate system under the orientation of the rotor magnetic field, synthesizing the virtual voltage vector that can eliminate the voltage vector in harmonic space according to the vector distribution of the five-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor under the voltage source inverter. The open winding permanent magnet synchronous motor topology is equivalent to the superposition of the independent actions of two inverters. The voltage vector generated by a single inverter is predicted through the mathematical model of the motor. The expected increment is a judgment condition to determine whether the open winding system uses one of the two inverters to maintain the normal operation of the open winding system, or the first inverter is clamped and the second inverter generates the remaining increment.

    摘要: A voltage saturation prevention algorithm used as at least part of a method of controlling an electric vehicle, wherein the electric vehicle comprises an electric motor, a controller, and an inverter. The controller receives a control signal with an instruction to operate the electric motor, then sends a switching signal corresponding to the control signal to the inverter, wherein the inverter provides a plurality of output signals for operation of the electric motor. The method includes determining the expected amplitude of the plurality of output signals based on the instruction to operate the electric motor, calculating the amount of modification of the plurality of output signals required to prevent the expected amplitude from reaching a saturation value, and modifying, based on the calculation, the instruction to operate the electric motor to prevent the expected amplitude from reaching the saturation value. The circuit element includes at least one predetermined passive element. The semiconductor switch controls a current to be fed to the circuit element. The filter circuit is connected to the power feeding path. The controller controls switching of the semiconductor switch included in each of the plurality of predetermined units in the filter circuit to reduce voltage fluctuations or current fluctuations of direct current on the power feeding path.

The PWM signal generator generates the PWM gate signals having the determined duty cycle, controls the rotor (104) speed, and incrementally varies a current speed of the motor (102) to achieve a target speed by modulating operations of a specific pair of inverter switches (502C and 502E) using the PWM gate signals.
