The present disclosure is directed at a method for making an article from a curable material, such as pliable fibre-reinforced polymer. The method includes printing a dissolvable, three dimensional substructure using a substructure material; applying the curable material to the substructure; curing the curable material while it is on the substructure; and dissolving the substructure using a dissolving agent. Using a 3D printer to print the substructure allows for faster and more economical manufacture of composite articles, such as prototype parts, relative to conventional methods that utilize CNC machines.

A method of manufacturing a membrane for an electro-acoustic transducer through spray coating of a liquid elastomer solution is provided. The method includes spraying the liquid elastomer solution, which may comprise a silicone, onto a mold having the desired membrane geometry, allowing the solution to cure and remove the membrane from the mold. The mold can be configured to hold other components of an electro-acoustic transducer that will be attached to the membrane after the curing step. Also provided is a membrane for an electro-acoustic transducer comprised of an elastomer and made using spray coating of a liquid elastomer solution.

The method includes preparing a first heat dissipation film by sintering a composition for dissipating heat including a graphene/graphite nanoplate/carbon nanotube/nano-metal complex dispersion solution and a binder, and forming a second heat dissipation film on one surface or two opposite surfaces of the first heat dissipation film by using a graphene adhesive including the graphene/graphite nanoplate/carbon nanotube/nano-metal complex dispersion solution and an adhesive. A heat dissipation sheet according to the present invention may be utilized as a material with heat dissipation properties constituting a heat sink alone or with other materials with heat dissipation properties.

The present invention also addresses the problem of providing a polyamic acid and a varnish used to obtain the polyimide film. In order to overcome the aforementioned problem, the present invention is a polyimide film containing a polyimide obtained by bringing about a reaction between a tetracarboxylic dianhydride and a diamine, the polyimide film having (a) a thickness-direction phase difference Rth of −5 to 100 nm per 10 μm of thickness, (b) a transmittance of 80% or more with respect to light having a wavelength of 400 nm, (c) a haze of 3% or less, and (d) a glass transition point of 250° C. or higher.
