摘要: In a photocurable resin composition containing a polyfunctional radically polymerizable compound (A), a monofunctional radically polymerizable compound (B), and a curing agent (D), the polyfunctional radically polymerizable compound (A) has an ethylenically unsaturated group equivalent of 700 g/eq or more and 7,000 g/eq or less, and fluororesin particles (C) are added in an amount of 5 parts or more by mass and 30 parts or less by mass based on a total of 100 parts by mass of the polyfunctional radically polymerizable compound (A) and the monofunctional radically polymerizable compound (B).

摘要: The present invention relates to a molding comprising (i) a poly(butylene dicarboxylate) polyester in an amount in the range of from equal to or greater than 10 to 99.99 weight-%, based on the total weight of the molding, (ii) a zeolitic material in an amount of from 0.01 to 10 weight-%, based on the total weight of the molding, wherein the zeolitic material comprises YO2 and optionally X2O3, wherein Y is a tetravalent element and X is a trivalent element, wherein the zeolitic material has a YO2 to X2O3 molar ratio of higher than 100 if the zeolitic material comprises X2O3. Further, the present invention relates to a process for preparation of such a molding and use thereof.

摘要: A method for forming a preform for a thermoplastic retention device is provided. The method includes providing a thermoplastic base material and blending the base material with one or more chemical agents to form a polymer blend. The chemical agents are configured to modify a polymer chain of the base material when the polymer blend is exposed to radiation. The method further includes forming the polymer blend into a filament sized for a three-dimensional printing platform and printing a preform shape from the filament using the three-dimensional printing platform. After the printed preform is hardened, the method includes exposing the printed preform shape to radiation sufficient to cause a reaction between the one or more chemical agents and the base material.

摘要: Methods of making fiber reinforced composite articles are described. The methods may include the step of providing a pre-impregnated fiber-containing thermoplastic material to a mold for the article. The pre-impregnated fiber-containing thermoplastic material may include: (i) a plurality of fibers, and (ii) a first thermoplastic polymer made from a first reactive thermoplastic resin. Reactants of a second reactive thermoplastic resin may be introduced to fill open spaces in the mold that are left by the pre-impregnated fiber-containing thermoplastic material. The second reactive thermoplastic resin may then be polymerized to form a second thermoplastic polymer. The final fiber reinforced composite article includes at least two spatially distinct regions of thermoplastic polymer.
