摘要: The present disclosure provides a photopolymerizable composition. The photopolymerizable composition includes at least one polypropylene oxide component and an initiator, plus optionally a urethane component, a multifunctional reactive diluent, and/or an inhibitor. The present disclosure also provides an article including the reaction product of the photopolymerizable composition. Typically, the article exhibits an elongation at break of 30% or greater. Further, the present disclosure provides a method of making an article. The method includes (i) providing a photopolymerizable composition and (ii) selectively curing the photopolymerizable composition to form an article. The method optionally also includes (iii) curing unpolymerized polypropylene oxide component, urethane component and/or multifunctional reactive diluent remaining after step (ii). Further, methods are provided, including receiving, by a manufacturing device having one or more processors, a digital object comprising data specifying an article; and generating, with the manufacturing device by an additive manufacturing process, the article based on the digital object. A system is also provided, including a display that displays a 3D model of an article; and one or more processors that, in response to the 3D model selected by a user, cause a 3D printer to create a physical object of an article.

The controller may be configured to control the controllable deflector and the AOD to scan the laser beam relative to the build material holder to additively manufacture a workpiece in successive layers from the additive build material.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to an additive manufacturing (AM) system for making a part. The system may have a build plate on which to form the part, and a print nozzle component configured to be supported above the build plate. The print nozzle may have a first and second axially extending passageways. The first axially extending passageway enables a first resin-infused feedstock material supplied from a first source of resin-infused feedstock material to be extruded onto the build plate. The second axially extending passageway enables a second resin-infused feedstock material supplied from a second source of resin-infused feedstock material to be extruded onto the build plate concurrently with, or alternately with, extrusion of the first resin-infused feedstock material, to form the part. The first and second resin-infused print feedstock materials differ in composition from one another.

摘要: Methods of creating additive manufactured parts include selectively dispensing, in a shape area according to a layer of a part to be created by additive manufacturing, a second composition onto a top surface of a first composition in a vat, wherein a polymerization component is in the second composition. In some cases, polymerization components for formation of the layer are kept separate from each other until the dispensing. In some cases, a first polymerization component is in the first composition, and a second polymerization component is in the second composition. The top surface is illuminated to expose the first composition and the second composition to light having a polymerization wavelength, thereby causing polymerization of the layer of the part only in the shape area. The dispensing comprises customizing a reaction variable of the polymerization to customize reaction kinetics in different portions of the shape area.

摘要: A method of forming a three-dimensional object is carried out by: (a) providing a carrier and an optically transparent member having a build surface, the carrier and the build surface defining a build region therebetween; (b) filling the build region with a polymerizable liquid, the polymerizable liquid comprising a mixture of: (i) a light polymerizable liquid first component, and (ii) a second solidifiable component that is different from the first component; (c) irradiating the build region with light through the optically transparent member to form a solid blocked polymer scaffold and advancing the carrier away from the build surface to form a three-dimensional intermediate having the same shape as, or a shape to be imparted to, the three-dimensional object, with the intermediate containing the second solidifiable component; and then (d) solidifying and/or curing the second solidifiable component to form from said three-dimensional intermediate the three-dimensional object.
