摘要: A cable-driven parallel robot (CDPR) includes at least two sets of rotors each coupled to a respective one of at least two supports, the sets of the rotors positioned above a surface; an effector positioned at a horizontal planar location between the sets of the rotors and at a vertical location above the surface; and at least two sets of cables each coupled to a respective one of the sets of the rotors at first ends of the respective set of the cables and to the effector at second ends of the respective set of the cables. Each set of the sets of the rotors controls tension to the respective one set of the sets of the cables for moving the horizontal planar location. Each set of the sets of the rotors is vertically movable on the respective one of the supports for moving the vertical location when the sets of the rotors are vertically moved synchronously.

摘要: A surface disease repair system and method for an infrastructure based on climbing robots are provided. The system includes a detection and marking climbing robot and a repair climbing robot. In the process of moving on a surface of an infrastructure to be detected, the detection and marking climbing robot collects a front surface image in real time through a binocular camera arranged at a front end, detects a disease on the basis of the front surface image, and performs localization and map reconstruction at the same time; when a disease is detected, the position of the disease is recorded, and a marking device is controlled to mark the disease; after detection and marking are completed, the position of the disease and the map are sent to the repair climbing robot; and the repair climbing robot receives the map and the position of the disease, reaches the position of the disease, and repairs the disease according to the mark by using a repair device.

摘要: A three-dimensional shaped article production method includes a first step of dividing a gap region that is a gap region sandwiched by multiple partial paths and includes one or multiple concave shapes at an outer circumference based on first data having path data representing a path in which an ejection section moves while ejecting a shaping material by multiple partial paths, and having ejection control data including at least either of ejection amount information representing an ejection amount of the shaping material in each of the partial paths and moving speed information representing a moving speed of the ejection section in each of the partial paths, a second step of generating second data from the first data by changing at least either of the path data and the ejection control data so as to fill up the divided gap region with the shaping material, and a third step of shaping the three-dimensional shaped article by controlling the ejection section according to the second data.

摘要: A disclosed system and methods provide enhanced, continuous 3D printing to manufacture 3D objects utilizing stabilizers supporting a 3D object being printed in components along a conveyor belt, enabling enhanced, efficient and effective manufacturing of 3D objects. A selected 3D object is printed from a primary material on supporting stabilizers, and the stabilizers are printed from a secondary material. The system coordinates movement of the printer head along the printing plane and the conveyor belt, creating an elongated printing surface along the conveyor belt for continuous 3D printing. Upon completion, the 3D object with the supporting stabilizers exits the conveyor belt and the 3D object is removed from the stabilizers.

摘要: In one example in accordance with the present disclosure, an additive manufacturing system is described. The additive manufacturing system includes a build material distributor to deposit layers of powder build material on a bed and an agent distribution system to deposit an agent on a layer of powder build material in a pattern to form a slice of a three-dimensional object. The additive manufacturing system also includes an energy delivery system to generate a line-shaped beam of energy to selectively join build material particles with the agent deposited thereon. The line-shaped beam of energy spans a width of the bed. The additive manufacturing system also includes a scanning carriage to hold the energy delivery system and move the line-shaped beam of energy across the bed.
