Abstract: A method of forming a three-dimensional object (e.g. comprised of polyurethane, polyurea, or copolymer thereof) is carried out by: (a) providing a carrier and an optically transparent member having a build surface, the carrier and the build surface defining a build region therebetween; (b) filling the build region with a polymerizable liquid, the polymerizable liquid comprising a mixture of: (i) a light polymerizable liquid first component, and (ii) a second solidifiable component that is different from the first component; (c) irradiating the build region with light through the optically transparent member to form a solid blocked polymer scaffold and advancing the carrier away from the build surface to form a three-dimensional intermediate having the same shape as, or a shape to be imparted to, the three-dimensional object, with the intermediate containing the second solidifiable component; and then (d) contacting the three-dimensional intermediate to water to form the three-dimensional object.

Abstract: Disclosed herein are a cannabidiol (CBD)-containing bio-based polyurethane composite material and a preparation thereof. The composite material is prepared from a component A and a component B in a weight ratio of 100:(20-50), where the component A includes 40-60 parts by weight of a vegetable oil-based polyol, 35-50 parts by weight of polyether polyol I, 0-10 parts by weight of polyether polyol II, 0.5-5 parts by weight of CBD, 0-5 parts by weight of a natural pigment, 0.5-3 parts by weight of silicon oil, 0-5 parts by weight of a cross-linking agent, 0.2-1 part by weight of a catalyst and 0.8-4 parts by weight of water, and the component B includes 20-50 parts by weight of modified methylene diphenyl diisocyanate (MDI).

Abstract: The invention concerns a method for producing a three-dimensional object, in particular an artificial tooth, by stereolithography wherein a liquid photocurable resin composition is cured by light. Said photocurable resin composition contains, based on the total weight of the photocurable resin composition, (i) from 90 to 99.9% by weight of a radical polymerizable organic compound (A) selected from radical polymerizable monomers, oligomers, pre-polymers and mixtures thereof; and (ii) from 0.1 to 10% by weight of a photosensitive radical polymerization initiator (B). Said radical polymerizable organic compound (A) comprises, based on the weight of the radical polymerizable organic compound (A), from 0.5 to 20% by weight of a polyrotaxane compound comprising a polymer chain selected from polyethylene glycol (PEG), polypropylene glycol (PPG), polyethylene glycol-polypropylene glycol (PEG-PPG) block copolymer or polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS), onto which the cyclodextrin ring(s) is/are slipped and wherein the cyclodextrin is derivatized with at least a radical polymerizable group. Abstract: The present invention relates to a modified epoxy acrylate and a method for producing the same, a photoresist composition and a method for producing the same, and a transparent photoresist formed from the photoresist composition. The modified epoxy acrylate is an epoxy acrylate modified with phosphate monomer which has a structure represented by Formula I wherein, n is an integer selected from 1˜21, R is a short-chain carboxylic acid ester group having the structural formula  in which p is a bivalent saturated or unsaturated carbon chain having 1˜10 carbon atoms, and the carbon chain is optionally substituted by alkyl, alkenyl, hydroxy, nitro or halogen. Since the phosphate can react with the multi-valence metal in substrates so as to connect the polymer onto the substrates firmly through covalent bonds, therefore the adhesion force is improved significantly and the protective function of the tranparent photoresist is improved accordingly.

Abstract: Multi-piece golf balls having a solid core made of a foamed composition and a cover are provided. Preferably, the core is dual-layered having has a foam inner core (center) and surrounding thermoset or thermoplastic outer core layer. Preferably, a polyurethane foam composition containing mineral filler particulate, for example, nanoclay particles, is used to form the foam center. The concentration of clay particulate is preferably in a range of 0.1 to 60% by weight. The surrounding outer core layer may be made from non-foamed or foamed compositions. For example, polybutadiene rubber or highly neutralized olefin acid copolymers may be used in the outer core layer. The core layers have different hardness gradients and specific gravity values.

Such ethylenically unsaturated polyurethanes are useful as components of curable compositions such as coatings or adhesives.

Abstract: The disclosure provides a cross-linkable polymer composition, a core layer for an information carrying card comprising such cross-linked composition, resulting information carrying card, and methods of making the same. A crosslinkable polymer composition comprises a curable base polymer resin in a liquid or paste form, and a particulate thermoplastic filler. The base polymer resin is selected from the group consisting of urethane acrylate, silicone acrylate, epoxy acrylate, urethane, acrylate, silicone and epoxy. The particulate thermoplastic filler may be polyolefin, polyvinyl chloride (PVC), a copolymer of vinyl chloride and at least another monomer, or a polyester such as polyethylene terephthalate (PET), a compound or blend thereof.
