摘要: A method of placing a flowable construction material including a hydraulic binder for building structural components layer-by-layer, such as for 3D concrete printing, the method including preparing a fresh flowable construction material made of Portland cement, fine limestone filler materials, fine sands, water, and water reducing admixture and possibly a set or hardening accelerating admixture, conveying the flowable construction material to a deposition head, placing the construction material through an outlet of the deposition head in order to form a layer of construction material, before placing the construction material, adding a rheology-modifying agent to the construction material so that the placed material has an increased yield stress when compared to the material during the conveying step.

摘要: Dispersion-based ready-to-use grout formulations, methods of making such dispersion-based ready-to-use grout formulations, and the resultant grout products that perform as reactive resin grout products. The grout formulations of the invention at least include a water-based acrylic polymer dispersion binder and a water-based acrylate copolymer dispersion binder, in combination with one or more of an alkaline cross-linker, one or more silane adhesion promoters and/or a micro-fiber filler, along with various other constituents, to provide one-part ready-to-use grout formulations that require no mixing prior to use thereof. The resultant grout products of the invention meet performance standards of epoxy grout products, without requiring mixing of composition parts and without any adverse side effects.

摘要: A limestone calcined clay cement construction composition comprises a) a cementitious binder comprising one or more calcium silicate mineral phases and one or more calcium aluminate mineral phases, and having a Blaine surface area of at least 3800 cm2/g; b) a supplementary cementitious material having a Dv90 of less than 200 μm comprising (b-1) a calcined clay material and (b-2) a carbonate rock powder in a weight ratio of (b-1) to (b-2) in the range of 0.5 to 2; c) optionally, an extraneous aluminate source; d) a sulfate source; and e) a polyol. The composition contains a controlled amount of available aluminate, calculated as Al(OH)4−, from the calcium aluminate mineral phases plus the optional extraneous aluminate source; and the molar ratio of total available aluminate to sulfate is 0.4 to 2.0. The construction composition further comprises f) an ettringite formation controller. The limestone calcined clay cement construction composition is a reduced carbon footprint composition and exhibits high early strength, high final strength, sufficient open time and high durability.

摘要: The present invention belongs to the technical field of oil well cement preparation, and discloses a long-term high-temperature resistant and toughened well cementing and silica-cement composite material and a preparation method. A solid component comprises cement, alumina, superfine high-purity silica sand, a suspending agent and a toughening material according to weight fractions; the toughening material comprises a latex fiber toughening agent and a nano graphene sheet; and a liquid component is composed of water, nano iron oxide and an oil well cement admixture according to weight fractions. Cement slurry with a ratio of the present invention can achieve compressive strength reaching up to 31 MPa after being cured under a high-temperature and high-pressure environment of 200° C. and 150 MPa for one year; and the gas permeability is controlled below 0.02 mD.

摘要: A preparation method for a concrete additive for a maritime work environment includes: S1, compounding a volcanic ash material containing aluminum oxide and lime in proportion, loading a mixture into a sugar coating machine, and spraying a proper amount of alcohol, to prepare spherical particles; S2, adding the spherical particles in S1 and cement into the sugar coating machine, uniformly spraying deionized water in a rotating process, and coating surface layers of the spherical particles with a layer of cement for maintenance; and S3, placing the maintained particles in S2 into a hydrophobic emulsion, and coating the surface layers of the particles with a layer of hydrophobic emulsion, to obtain a concrete additive.
