摘要: Disclosed are an alkali-activated geopolymer coating, and a preparation method and use thereof. The alkali-activated geopolymer coating, is prepared by raw materials including the following components: an aluminosilicate mineral, an alkali activator, and a performance additive; wherein the aluminosilicate mineral comprises fly ash, slag, and metakaolin; the performance additive comprises a polymer powder, titanium dioxide, a silicone defoamer, and a water-reducing admixture; and a mass ratio of the aluminosilicate mineral, the alkali activator, and the performance additive is in a range of 100:(60-80):(4-15).

摘要: A process involves adding charged fibers with surface-cured “temperature-sensitive gel” during the preparation of concrete; preparing charged fibers with surface-cured “temperature-sensitive gel” by spraying, which envelops the charged fibers with a layer of “temperature-sensitive gel”; then solidifying the temperature-sensitive gel layer on the surface of the charged fibers by adjusting the environmental temperature. Utilizing the physical state of the temperature-sensitive gel at different temperatures, the “temperature-sensitive gel” wraps around the charged fibers to form an insulating layer. This prevents the scattering of the charged fibers due to charge repulsion during their introduction into the concrete preparation process, ensuring they are evenly distributed.

摘要: A method of manufacturing a catalytic fuel brick includes providing a metal-based cementing agent including magnetite, an aqueous phosphoric acid cement reacting agent, and an aggregate including at least one of coal, grain biomass and wood biomass. The catalytic fuel brick further includes a setting agent of at least one of iron oxide and iron. The constituent components of the catalytic fuel brick are mixed together to form a liquid concrete mixture, which is placed in a form and allowed to set up and cure into the catalytic fuel brick. The method can optionally include the additional step of placing the concrete product into an oven at a temperature of between 170 and 190 C.

摘要: Disclosed herein are a fly ash-based foam geopolymer, a preparation method therefor, and the use thereof. The fly ash-based foam geopolymer is prepared from raw materials comprising the following components in parts by weight: 900-1000 parts of a fly ash-based material; 600-700 parts of a composite alkali solution; 0-10 parts of a thickening agent; 2-6 parts of a foam stabilizer A; 5-10 parts of a water reducer; and 20-40 parts of a foaming agent. The preparation method of the present application is simple, and processes such as ball milling, water washing and calcining do not need to be carried out on the raw materials, such that the investment in a grinding equipment, a water washing equipment, a sewage treatment equipment, and a calcining equipment is reduced, and the energy consumption and carbon emissions are reduced. The fly ash-based foam geopolymer prepared by using the fly ash-based material as the main raw material in the present application has a low apparent density and a high early strength, and can be used in the field of fabricated buildings.

摘要: Reinforced concrete is protected from corrosion without conducting an operation involving exposure of rebar. A reinforced concrete structure is provided with a storage part that is formed inside concrete of the reinforced concrete structure, and that retains an anticorrosion solution. The anticorrosion solution diffuses and permeates through the concrete from the storage part, prevents the concrete in the vicinity of rebar from drying, and passivates the rebar.

摘要: A method of placing a flowable construction material including a hydraulic binder for building structural components layer-by-layer, such as for 3D concrete printing, the method including preparing a fresh flowable construction material made of Portland cement, fine limestone filler materials, fine sands, water, and water reducing admixture and possibly a set or hardening accelerating admixture, conveying the flowable construction material to a deposition head, placing the construction material through an outlet of the deposition head in order to form a layer of construction material, before placing the construction material, adding a rheology-modifying agent to the construction material so that the placed material has an increased yield stress when compared to the material during the conveying step.

摘要: Provided herein are methods and compositions utilizing one or more cementitious replacement materials, one or more alkaline activating materials, and, optionally one or more bonding materials and/or one or more setting time enhancer materials. The one or more cement precursors comprises one or more of non-radioactive nuclear waste; swarf, insoluble hydroxide of carbonate salts, radioactive wastes, petroleum coke, spent solvent wastes, electroporating and other metal finishing wastes, dioxin-bearing wastes, chlorinated aliphatic hydrocarbons production, wood preserving wastes, petroleum refinery wastewater treatment sludges, multisource leachate, organic chemicals manufacturing waste, pesticide manufacturing waste, petroleum refining waste, human pharmaceuticals manufacturing waste; veterinary pharmaceuticals manufacturing waste; inorganic pigment manufacturing waste; inorganic chemicals manufacturing waste; explosives manufacturing waste; iron and/or steel production waste; primary aluminum production waste; secondary lead processing waste; ink formulation waste; coking waste; or a combination thereof. The one or more alkaline activating agents comprises potassium silicate, potassium hydroxide, sodium hydroxide, sodium silicate, calcium hydroxide, magnesium hydroxide, reactive magnesium oxide, calcium chloride, sodium carbonate, silicone dioxide, sodium aluminate, calcium sulfate, sodium sulfate, or dolomite, or a combination thereof. The system comprises a vertical impact mill.
