摘要: A cementitious composite includes a first layer, a second layer, and a cementitious mixture disposed between the first layer and the second layer. The cementitious mixture includes (i) cementitious materials and (ii) a viscosity modifier and/or an accelerator. The cementitious materials provide a void fraction between 0.64 and 1.35. The void fraction is defined as the ratio of the volume of the voids within the cementitious mixture per unit area of the cementitious composite to the volume of the cementitious materials per unit area of the cementitious composite. The cementitious mixture is configured to absorb a mass of water that provides a maximum 28 day compressive strength of the cementitious composite. A ratio of the mass of the water relative to the mass of the cementitious materials of the cementitious mixture per unit area of the cementitious composite that provides the maximum 28 day compressive strength of the cementitious composite is between 0.25 and 0.55.

摘要: A cementitious composite includes a structure layer, cementitious material, a first layer, and a second layer. The structure layer defines a plurality of open spaces. The cementitious material is disposed within the plurality of open spaces of the structure layer. The first layer is disposed along a first side of the structure layer. The second layer is disposed along an opposing second side of the structure layer. The second layer is positioned to prevent at least a portion of the cementitious material from migrating out of the structure layer.

摘要: A prefabricated insulated building panel features a sheet of rigid thermally insulating material, an inner structural layer connected to one face of the insulating material, and an outer layer of cured composite cementitious material connected to an opposite second face of the rigid insulating material with a thickness allowing the cured composite cementitious layer to be supported at the insulating material by bonding action therewith. The panel also features channels at the interface between the composite cementitious outer layer and the insulating material formed by grooves in the second face of the insulating material extending to a periphery of the panel. These channels afford pressure equalization and moisture drainage capabilities to the panel. Additionally, the inner structural layer comprises a layer of cured composite cementitious material bonded to the insulating material, which has a thickened edge portion along the periphery of the panel compared to strengthen the panel.

摘要: A telescopic bar for load transmission which, if anchored in concrete slabs, creates a support between them, forming semi-rigid joints, and prevents differential settlement of the slabs, by enabling rotation in the vertical direction about a joint axis. The telescopic bar transmits a load from one slab to an adjacent slab, ensures perfect leveling of the slab surfaces, and enables removal and reuse of the slab at a later time. The telescopic bar may be used for constructing floors of easily manufactured prefabricated materials, and creates a new paradigm for the construction of roads, seaports, airports, railways, industrial areas, etc.

摘要: A cementitious composite includes a structure layer, a cementitious material, a water-impermeable sealing layer, and a containment layer. The structure layer has a first side and an opposing second side. The structure layer defines a plurality of open spaces. The cementitious material includes a plurality of cementitious particles disposed within the plurality of open spaces of the structure layer. The water-impermeable sealing layer is disposed along the first side of the structure layer. The containment layer is disposed along the opposing second side of the structure layer. The containment layer is positioned to prevent the plurality of cementitious particles from migrating out of the structure layer through the containment layer.

摘要: A steel beam comprising a frame formed by a first web part, a second web part, a base plate and a horizontal top part. The first and second web part are arranged side by side at a distance from each other, and joined at a first end of the first web part and the second web part by the horizontal top part. The first and second web part are joined at a second end of the first web part and second web part by the base plate. The base plate, the first web part, the second web part and the horizontal top part are arranged to form a space that can be filled with concrete. The steel beam further comprises a hollow member arranged inside the space sealed to prevent concrete entering. The hollow member is attached to the frame for preventing movement in relation to the frame.
