摘要: A cementitious composite includes a first layer, a second layer spaced from the first layer, a cementitious mixture disposed between the first layer and the second layer, and a structure layer disposed between the first layer and the second layer. The cementitious mixture is disposed within the structure layer. The cementitious mixture includes cementitious materials. The cementitious mixture is configured to absorb a mass of water that provides a maximum 28 day compressive strength of the cementitious composite upon curing which is represented by Mw=x·Mc. Mw is the mass of water per unit area of the cementitious composite. Mc is a mass of cementitious materials of the cementitious mixture per unit area of the cementitious composite. x is a ratio of the mass of water relative to the mass of cementitious materials of the cementitious mixture per unit area of the cementitious composite. x is between 0.25 and 0.55.

摘要: Provided are a textile-reinforced concrete road paving apparatus and a method of repairing concrete road pavement using the same. The textile-reinforced concrete road paving apparatus can minimize use of construction equipment by using the textile-reinforced concrete road paving apparatus integrally formed to consecutively cut concrete, dispose a reinforcement material, and construct a repaired cross section so as to reduce a construction period, thereby remarkably reducing construction costs. Further, a textile grid reinforcement material, which is a noncorroding reinforcement material, is applied to form the repaired cross section of the concrete road pavement so as to prevent concrete from being detached due to corrosion. Further, a textile reinforced grid is precisely disposed at a required position, and thus the thicknesses of the primary and secondary concrete pavement are precisely adjusted, and thus construction precision can be increased.

摘要: A cementitious composite includes a first layer, a second layer, and a cementitious mixture disposed between the first layer and the second layer. The cementitious mixture includes (i) cementitious materials and (ii) a viscosity modifier and/or an accelerator. The cementitious materials provide a void fraction between 0.64 and 1.35. The void fraction is defined as the ratio of the volume of the voids within the cementitious mixture per unit area of the cementitious composite to the volume of the cementitious materials per unit area of the cementitious composite. The cementitious mixture is configured to absorb a mass of water that provides a maximum 28 day compressive strength of the cementitious composite. A ratio of the mass of the water relative to the mass of the cementitious materials of the cementitious mixture per unit area of the cementitious composite that provides the maximum 28 day compressive strength of the cementitious composite is between 0.25 and 0.55.

摘要: The present invention relates to a method for constructing a continuously reinforced concrete pavement using foam shotcrete by: positioning continuous reinforcement bars on a base layer where a concrete pavement is constructed; producing normal concrete having a compressive strength of 21-30 MPa from a batch plant and transporting same to a construction site; and shooting a normal strength concrete, which has been produced by mixing, with a mixing part, fly ash or fine slag powder or a low-grade mixed material produced by mixing the fly and the fine slag powder in a state in which fluidity has been increased by mixing in 20-40% of air bubbles with respect to volume, or shooting a high-performance concrete, which has been produced by mixing, with the mixing part, one or a mixture of two or more of silica fume, meta-kaolin, latex, polymers, and a coloring material.

摘要: A concrete tie is provided for joining together adjacent slabs of concrete. The tie includes a flat center portion which sits upon the subgrade, and opposite end portions which are inclined upwardly to extend into the concrete when the concrete is poured. The ties are made of a non-corrosive material to eliminate concrete spalling. The ties are formed as a continuous loop, with curved opposite ends.

摘要: An improved road basket including a non-metallic dowel, a first support frame including a first support frame first leg and a first support frame first cup moldably secured to the dowel first end, and a second support frame including a second support frame first leg and a second support frame first cup moldably secured to the dowel second end. Multiple dowels can be secured in similar fashion to additional leg members. Preferably, the first support frame first leg and a first support frame second leg are connected by a base frame member. In addition, the first support frame first leg and the first support frame second leg may be connected by an intermediate frame member. The frame may be constructed of a single piece. The dowel is preferably made from fiberglass or glass fiber reinforced polymer and the frame is preferably high density polyethylene.
