摘要: An additive formulation for reduction or prevention of microbially induced corrosion in concrete, cementitious material (such as mortar or grout), or a combination thereof. The additive formulation comprises a Quat Silane and a fungicide, wherein the ratio of the Quat Silane to the fungicide in the formulation is in a range of about 10:1 to about 1:10, preferably in a range of about 5:1 to about 1:5.

摘要: A repair compound for use in all applications and particularly well-suited for large hole repair. The repair compound includes a latex resin, a thickener, fibers, and a filler material. In some embodiments, the repair compound is configured to exhibit pseudoplastic-type behavior. In some embodiments, the repair compound has a density of not greater than 4.0 lbs/gal. In some embodiments, the repair compound includes hydrophobic and hydrophilic fibers of different morphologies. In some embodiments, the repair compound includes HASE-type thickeners. In some embodiments, the repair compound includes a bimodal distribution of hollow glass microspheres from two different strength/size curves.

摘要: A method of placing a flowable construction material including a hydraulic binder for building structural components layer-by-layer, such as for 3D concrete printing, the method including preparing a fresh flowable construction material made of Portland cement, fine limestone filler materials, fine sands, water, and water reducing admixture and possibly a set or hardening accelerating admixture, conveying the flowable construction material to a deposition head, placing the construction material through an outlet of the deposition head in order to form a layer of construction material, before placing the construction material, adding a rheology-modifying agent to the construction material so that the placed material has an increased yield stress when compared to the material during the conveying step.

摘要: A composition comprising a self-dispersible mixture additive composition comprising a alkylalkoxysilane of formula (RO)4-nSiR′n, or its hydrolysate or mixture thereof, where, R is same or different C1-C20, R′ is same or different C1-C20; mixture of non-ionic emulsifier of HLB value between 8 and 20. The self-dispersible mixture additive composition is obtained by mixing the alkyltrialkoxysilane with a mixture of non-ionic emulsifier. The emulsion of the self-dispersible mixture additive composition is formed by mixing appropriate amount of an aqueous solvent to the self-dispersible mixture additive composition, and addition of thus formed emulsion to a porous product preferably dry cement to render uniform and long lasting hydrophobic property of the final product made of the porous product.

摘要: The invention relates to a composition comprising 5-50 wt % of calcium silicate hydrate, 10-60 wt % of at least one water-soluble, acid group-containing polymer comprising polyether groups, and 5-40 wt % of at least one polyalkylene glycol ether. Further disclosed is a process for preparing this composition, and cementitious mixtures comprising the composition. A further aspect of the present invention is the use of the composition of the invention in cementitious mixtures for accelerating the development over time of the dispersing action of the acid group-containing polymer after addition of the mixing water and a subsequently accelerated curing of the mixture.

摘要: Hardenable inorganic systems such as cements, plasters, ceramics or liquid silicates, usable for example in the building trade, construction industry or oil drilling industry. The insertion of carbonaceous nanofillers, such as carbon nanotubes, for reinforcing mechanical properties and improving such systems. A method for producing a master mixture including at least one superplasticiser and carbonaceous nanofillers at a mass ratio of between 0.1% and 25%, preferably between 0.2% and 20%, in relation to the total weight of the master mixture, and also to said master mixture thus obtained and to the use thereof in a hardenable inorganic system with a view to producing materials with improved properties. The disclosure applies to the construction industry, the building trade and the oil drilling industry.

摘要: The invention relates to improved non-efflorescing cement-free and water-dispersible powder building material compositions comprising a homopolymer or copolymer as binder, useful for the preparation of wet formulations of plasters grouts, waterproofing coatings or mortars for the construction and the civil engineering industry. The binder is obtained by spray-drying or lyophilization of a dispersion containing a polymer and a protective colloid. These compositions also comprise a deprotection agent and a specific adsorbent filler. The invention also refers to the methods of preparation of these dry compositions and wet formulations, the application of these latter onto the surface of buildings or civil engineering works, the so obtained coatings as well as the so coated elements. The hardened products obtained therefrom are remarkably water-resistant, non efflorescent and easy to obtain.

摘要: A cementitious composition including at least one cementitious material and at least one crack reducing admixture including: (i) from 0 to about 5 weight percent of at least one alcohol, based on the total weight of the admixture excluding water; and (ii) a compound having the chemical structure of formula (III): wherein: v is an integer from 0 to 50 and w is an integer from 0 to 50, with the proviso that the sum of v and w is at least 1 but not greater than 50. Also, methods of making the cementitious composition, reducing or eliminating the formation of cracks in a cementitious composition as the cementitious composition cures, and limiting the size of cracks which form in a cementitious composition as the cementitious composition cures using an admixture for cementitious compositions as described herein.
