Abstract: A base shaft 4 with a built-in magnet is rotatably projected on a base 1. A rocking body 7 has a square substrate 8, a sphere 9, a sphere holder 10 rotatable around an axis which extends through the center of the substrate and perpendicular to the substrate, and a stopper for fixing the sphere holder at a desired rotational position. The sphere holder holds the sphere in such a way that the sphere is fixed at a desired rotational position. A stage is attached to the sphere through a support rod 20. A lower portion of the sphere protrudes downward from the sphere holder and substrate. The rocking body is magnetically coupled to the base shaft at a lower end of the sphere. An elevating body 21 is fitted on the base shaft and fixed by a set collar 22 at a desired height. The elevating body has a recess for receiving the lower portion of the sphere. The rocking body takes a horizontal position when the elevating body is brought into contact with the substrate of the rocking body, but takes a tilt position when a side of the substrate is brought into contact with an upper surface of the elevating body after the elevating body is lowered. An angle display mechanism 23 displays a tilt angle at the tilt position of the rocking body depending on the height of the elevating body.

A digital model of a fixation instrument configuration for fixing the dental instrumentation to an adjacent tooth to the working tooth is combined with the final cutting guide data by one or more processors to define final instrument configuration data corresponding to a final instrument configuration for releasably fixing the dental instrumentation to the adjacent tooth and for guiding the cutting tool in the removal of the tooth structure from the tooth to be treated.

Abstract: Removable denture data of a removable denture is produced, and disk frame data of a disk frame in which the removable denture is accommodated is produced, thereby building the disk frame based on the disk frame data. Next, a resin disk in which artificial teeth are embedded is produced by arranging the artificial teeth in the disk frame and curing a base resin, and a denture base is milled by milling the resin disk based on the removable denture data, thereby manufacturing the removable denture in which a base side of the artificial teeth is embedded in the denture base. As a result, artificial teeth having an excellent aesthetics may be used, it is possible to firmly join the artificial teeth and the denture base to each other, and it is possible to manufacture a removable denture with a favorable restoration accuracy of the artificial teeth.

The first zirconia powder layer accounts for 13% to 17% by mass, the second zirconia powder layer accounts for 8% to 12% by mass, the third zirconia powder layer accounts for 10% to 14% by mass, the fourth zirconia powder layer accounts for 10% to 14% by mass, the fifth zirconia powder layer accounts for 10% to 14% by mass, the sixth zirconia powder layer accounts for 10% to 14% by mass.

Abstract: The invention relates to a method for producing a dental prosthesis from a prosthesis base and a plurality of prosthesis teeth, characterized by the following chronological steps: providing the prosthesis teeth and the prosthesis base, wherein the prosthesis base comprises a plurality of tooth sockets for locating the basal surfaces of the prosthesis teeth; applying a plastically deformable connecting means onto the tooth sockets and/or basally onto the prosthesis teeth; locating the prosthesis teeth into the tooth sockets of the prosthesis base and in this situation connecting with the aid of connecting means to the prosthesis base in such a way that the prosthesis teeth, after locating in the tooth sockets, are movable in relation to the prosthesis base, wherein the position and the alignment of the prosthesis teeth to the prosthesis base remain retained if no external force effect is exerted onto the prosthesis teeth; changing the position and/or the alignment of at least one prosthesis tooth in the prosthesis base; and hardening the plastically deformable connecting means, and securely connecting the prosthesis teeth in this situation to the prosthesis base, wherein the position and the alignment of the prosthesis teeth in relation to the prosthesis base are retained. The invention also relates to a dental prosthesis produced by such a method, and a set for carrying out such a method.
