摘要: The present invention discloses a molded article having a surface feature created by a light reactive agent interacting with light from a light source, and a method for making the same. The article is molded from a slurry comprised of an aqueous solution that includes a plurality of fibers and a light reactive agent. The slurry is molded into a three-dimensional solid fibrous molded part. The solid fibrous molded part is exposed to a light source such that the light reacts with the light reactive agent to create at least one surface feature. The surface feature can be, for example, a texture or a color change.

摘要: An efficient method for preparing a highly-directional highly-dense two-dimensional material film. The method comprises: using a circular tube with a smooth inner surface as a casting mold; and pouring a solution containing a two-dimensional material into the mold when the mold rotates at high speed in a circumferential direction, wherein the solution is uniformly coated on the inner surface of the mold by centrifugal force, the centrifugal rotation generating a shearing force that causes the two-dimensional material to be directionally and regularly arranged layer upon layer in a circumferential direction in the solution, and, the centrifugal force facilitates highly-dense accumulation of the two-dimensional material, thereby obtaining a highly-directional highly-dense two-dimensional material film. The method is applicable in the preparation of a variety of two-dimensional materials such as graphene, a composite material film thereof, and a laminated heterostructure film, and greatly improves electrical, thermal, and mechanical properties of a film.

摘要: A method of and fixture for molding a product with an embedded ring. A system for molding a ring into a product including a rotational molding mold with an opening formed in the rotational molding mold sized to fit a ring. A fixture is removably couplable to the ring, wherein the ring and the fixture when coupled are removably couplable in the opening. The fixture is removed from the ring after the ring is molded into a product. A method of manufacturing a product with an embedded ring includes: coupling a ring to a fixture; clamping the fixture and the ring in an opening in a mold top; clamping the mold top to a mold bottom; rotomolding a product; unclamping the fixture from the mold top; uncoupling the fixture from the ring; unclamping the mold top and the mold bottom; and removing the product from the mold.

摘要: An article comprises a laminate with a layer comprising a first latex composition containing a cross-linker component selected from sulfur, organic peroxide, vulcanizing activators, and vulcanizing accelerator; and a second layer comprising a second latex composition free of the cross-linker component. The laminate is formed by dipping a mold into the first latex composition then into the second latex composition forming a laminated film, then curing the laminated film by heating to a temperature between 90° C. to 140° C. Lastly, the laminated film is removed from the mold via inversion such that the second layer is inwards and the first layer is outwards.

When the glove demolding mechanism is used to separate the gloves from hand molds, the gloves can be more ordered.
