    摘要: The present invention relates to a process for preparing natural raspberry ketone, comprising a step (a) of bioconversion of p-coumaric acid allowing the preparation of p-hydroxybenzaldehyde, a step (b) in which the p-hydroxybenzaldehyde obtained on conclusion of step (a) is condensed with acetone to allow the formation of p-hydroxybenzalacetone, a step (c) in which the p-hydroxybenzalacetone obtained on conclusion of step (b) is converted into raspberry ketone by bioconversion or biocatalysis.

    摘要: The present invention is in the technical field of synthetic biology and metabolic engineering. More particularly, the present invention is in the technical field of metabolically engineered cells of microorganisms and the use of said cells in a fermentation. The present invention describes a metabolically engineered cell of a microorganism and a method by fermentation with said cell for production of a sialylated di- and/or oligosaccharide. The metabolically engineered cell comprises a pathway for production of said sialylated di- and/or oligosaccharide, synthesizes sialic acid, expresses at least one sialyltransferase, preferably is modified in the expression or activity of at least one sialyltransferase, is modified to have a fully or partially knocked out or rendered less functional sialic acid catabolic pathway and is modified for overexpression of an endogenous sialic acid transporter and/or expression, preferably overexpression, of an exogenous, homologous and/or heterologous sialic acid transporter. Furthermore, the present invention provides for purification of said sialylated di- and/or oligosaccharide from the cultivation, preferably fermentation.

    摘要: The present invention relates to an environmentally-friendly biochemical composition for use as an additive into an aqueous medium in order to increase the process efficiency and resulting grade in all gravimetric and magnetic wet ore concentration and classification methods that essentially require the use of water, in the mining industry. The invention particularly relates to a biochemical liquid concentrate composition for use as an additive into the existing process or feed water, and a method of use thereof, comprising a fermentation supernatant obtained from the culture of Saccharomyces cerevisiae, one or more surfactants selected from the group consisting of non-ionic surfactants and anionic surfactants, preferably hydrogen peroxide or chlorine dioxide, and urea-based or other suitable preservatives, which increases the process efficiency and grade recovery, without requiring an additional facility investment, in said ore beneficiation processes.
