摘要： Provided herein are signal peptides that direct secretion of expressed payload proteins in yeast. Methods of using the signal peptides for therapeutic and non-therapeutic utilities are also provided. Compositions comprising yeast comprising the signal peptides and methods of using said yeast comprising the signal peptides for therapeutic and non-therapeutic utilities are also provided. Methods to design and generate the disclosed signal peptides are also provided.
